Population, which is a dynamic element, is a vital variable with both its quantity and structure in all stages of development, including the establishment of an urban. The population structure includes phenomena such as gender, education, age, and socio-economic characteristics.
Despite being among the most important parameters for the construction and future planning of urban elements, human mobility and population are often overlooked. The aim of this study is to determine the characteristics of Fethiye's population from past periods to the present, to reveal the possible effects of population in future studies to be carried out on behalf of the urban, and to provide a healthy opinion to planners. The selection of Fethiye as the study area was influenced by the high human movement and rapid urban development due to the urbans function based on tourism and agricultural production.
Within the scope of the research, document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used to determine the population characteristics of the urban and secondary data was used. In the study, data from the State Institute of Statistics (SIS) and Turkish Statistical Institute (TSI), Fethiye District Municipality, Health and National Education Directorate data and documents were used. Maps and various visuals were created from the data obtained here using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) methods.
According to the findings of the study, it was determined that the population of Fethiye has generally increased continuously in the historical process. Again, it was observed that the population was concentrated, especially in the first established neighborhoods and coastal neighborhoods. Depending on the increasing population, it was determined that the settlement and population tended to expand towards the inner parts of the Fethiye Plain. At the same time, it is among the findings of the study that the population density working in agriculture has tended to shift towards the service sector over time. As a result of the study, suggestions for the changes and developments expected to occur in the urban fabric depending on the changes in the population are also included.

The scope of this research is reflective art theory and Marxist theory, which is basically based on reflective art theory but has some differences, and the main subject we will discuss as the content of Marxist theory is the concept of social realism. In Turkey, paintings on the concept of social realism began in the 1940s with the Yeniler group's paintings with social content. Artists who were influenced by the general situation of the country and society by choosing local subjects reflected the society on their canvas by interpreting it from political, economic, and social perspective.In social realism, subjects are chosen from ordinary people. When we say social realism, one of the artists that comes to our mind is Neşet Günal. Neşet Günal made a great contribution to the establishment of the social realism concept of art in Turkey.In this study, Neşet Günal's life and works will be evaluated through the concept of social realism. First, information was given about Reflective theory and Marxist theory, and then analyzes were made on both the artist's life and his paintings through the concept of social realism.

<table>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>
The Arabic language is one of the oldest living languages and especially since Islamic conquests, Arabic became the language of science, literature, politics, and culture. Therefore, it has become a necessity to teach this language correctly to both Arabs and members of other nations that have entered Islam. Significant developments were gradually realized in the Jahiliyya, Umayyad, Abbasid, and Andalusian periods, especially in the modern period. Arabic, which was initially taught through texts, was taken to a new dimension with the introduction of grammar books, and the Arabic was tried to be taught through grammar books this time. Also, scholars ensured that grammar books had the ability to teach Arabic better. Thus, some Andalusian scholars came east to teach the Arabic more practically and brought the best grammar books to the West, but then wrote their own books in which they presented their own teaching methods. After the views of François Gouin (1831–1896) on the four language skills and the methods, theories, and approaches to language teaching, attempts to teach the Arabic more scientifically began, especially in the West and long after in the Arab world. In this study, which has been written by reviewing some of the studies on the subject so far, the innovative developments in the Arabic language have been brought from the beginning to the present day, and the sets prepared for language teaching in the Arab world, especially in the modern period, have been paralleled with some of the Western studies in this field.

<table>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>
Linguistics tries to explain issues related to the formation, origin and use of language through human behavior. The active use of psychology in language and the situations that occur during teaching are at the heart of this branch of science. Practices and processes of teaching Turkish to foreigners also fall within the field of Psycholinguistics. Language psychology begins with determining the need and continues with motivation. The psychological adventure of language is affected by factors such as motivation, age, status, sense of achievement, and prejudice. Difficulties may arise in learning the language in cultures that are viewed with prejudice, in societies where there are cultural differences, and in societies with different world views. In teaching Turkish to foreigners, both cultural and social harmony must be achieved. Adapted individuals will begin to learn the language by getting rid of prejudices or criticism against Turkish. Adapting can actually be perceived as accepting the target language in many aspects. It makes language learning easier by removing the complexity. When considered in the context of language psychology or linguistics, Turkish is seen as an easy language to learn and apply. Some grammar rules that exist in Turkish and the fact that it is in the inflected language category make it easier to learn.
