The Middle East geography, where the remnants of the 20th-century problems are becoming more and more visible with each passing day, is one of the most critical conflict zones in the world. Although most conflicts in the region stem from border disputes, conflicts can also occur between states that do not have a common border. States such as Israel and Iran, which strive to become a regional hegemonic power, can also have conflicts. Moreover, these conflicts are sometimes implemented directly and sometimes through proxies. In this study, the conflicts between Iran and Israel after the Iranian Islamic Revolution are examined theoretically.

The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of 13 private pension companies operating regularly in Turkey in the 2015-2020 period with the SWARA-SD-MAIRCA decision model. For this purpose, subjective (SWARA) and objective (SD) weights are calculated for six indicators selected in line with the previous literature. Then, the subjective and objective weights are combined and new weight coefficients were obtained. In the last stage of the integrated model in performance evaluation, the performance of private pension companies is analyzed by integrating the calculated combined weights into the MAIRCA model. As a result of the study, it is determined that the most important performance criterion in all the years that are the subject of the analysis is the fund amount of the participants. In addition to this result, the ranking results obtained from the MAIRCA application demonstarte that Garanti Pension and Life is the most successful company in all years, while Aegon Pension and Life is the most unsuccessful. Moreover, the results of the analysis indicate that the performance ranking of the remaining companies do not change during the analysis period, except for Allianz Hayat and Emeklilik and Fiba Emeklilik and Hayat companies. This indicates a significant lack of competition in the sector.

The house in which one lives, the house, which is the place of shelter, transforms from an area whose boundaries can be determined by the person's contact with others and objects, to an area whose boundaries cannot be predicted with the issues of belonging, bonding and being safe. This area is personal as it is the witness of all the changes of the person, and besides the fact that the house contains personality and is a sheltered place with walls, it also establishes relationship patterns with many personalized meanings. One of these sub-meanings is that the house contains privacy, similar to the relationship that a person establishes with his body. The center of this privacy area is undoubtedly the states of the house image that tells the personal past and present of the artist. It is possible to interpret the information belonging to this special area of the artists on the axis of the house with visual examples as well as positioning them in rhetoric from the past to the present. Especially with contemporary works, artists reveal this personal sheltered space by establishing a visual narrative strategy with different disciplines and materials. When the bond established with a space with defined boundaries and the people and objects belonging to that space is at the center of the subject, the artist's experiences and clues about his past need to be associated with the subject, object, place and context. Despite the fact that the house is a privacy area, Michael Landy's displaying this sheltered area to the audience as if negating it, and what experiences could be behind this behavior aroused curiosity. It is discussed. Focusing the object relations theory is extremely important in terms of shedding light on the relationship that a person has established with objects from the first infancy to the present in determining his/her behavior in the following years.
With this study, by referring to the relationship between the semi-Detached work and the object relations theory, which is a psychoanalytic theory, this relationship was tried to be determined, and a visual reading was carried out on the artist and his work. In this study, which used literature review and descriptive analysis model; In this study, answers are sought on the basis of Melanie Klein's theory of object relations to the questions of how an image that has taken its place in art from the past to the present is expressed in Michael Landy's case, and by which technical possibilities this expression is shaped, the bond that the artist establishes with the house and how this bond is reflected in art.

Although financial literacy is a very important issue today, there are many factors that affect individuals' financial literacy levels. Even in developed countries, the low level of financial literacy can cause many problems in both macro and micro economies in today's world. Individuals who do not have financial experience, knowledge and experience may face economic and psychological problems from the moment they start to earn money. This situation can cause problems both psychologically and sociologically. For example, while the unit of money earned causes a feeling of psychological relief without questioning its budget or reality, the money lost can sometimes lead individuals to a deep stalemate. In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between students' financial literacy levels and psychological resilience. Mixed method of both quantitative and qualitative methods were used together. The sample of the research consisted of students studying in the 9th and 10th grades together with the preparatory classes studying at a state social sciences high school in Ankara in the 2020-2021 academic year. In our study, in which the necessary permission was obtained from the survey owners of the "Money Management Self-Efficacy Scale and Money Behavior Perception Scale", the "Psychological Resilience Attitude Skill Scale" and the "Personal Information Form" were applied to approximately 100 students in quantitative terms. Descriptive analysis was carried out in the research in which semi-structured interview forms were used qualitatively. In the study, in which the students' saving, spending, planning and investment behaviors as well as the psychology that should be possessed in this direction were investigated, similar results were obtained in quantitative and qualitative findings. In the study, a positive and significant relationship was found between financial literacy and psychological resilience. In addition, the effects of variables such as gender and family income level on students' financial literacy and psychological resilience levels were also studied, but the results were not found meaningful.

In Türkiye, as the TBMM and Presidential elections, which will be held in June 2023, if not renewed before, are getting closer and closer, a discussion about the number of election, that is, the term limit of the 12th President currently in office, is frequently brought to the agenda. These discussions, which seem to increase their intensity towards the elections, apart from the risk that will turn into a manipulation that wants to manage the perception of the voters, there is also the danger of becoming a pressure element on the ‘Supreme Election Board’ (YSK), which will have the last word on the presidential candidacy process too. Rather, this manipulative debate, which is carried out by actors in the political arena, should be handling and analyzing on the basis of law and especially within the constitutional framework. Because, although they have political reflections in terms of actors and results, it should be noted that the interpretation of the relevant provisions, the framework of which is regulated in the dimension of the constitution and law, and the methods and principles used in this interpretation are only related to the field of law. In this article, it is aimed to reveal the legal provision by analyzing the debates about the term limit of the 12th President, which tends to occupy Turkey's political agenda, in the axis of the relevant legal regulation and the case-law of ‘The Constitutional Court’ (AYM).

The main purpose of this research is to determine the tendencies of NGO members (manager, other) with cultural missions towards volunteering in the administrative context. In this context, the survey was applied face-to-face and online with 158 individuals (managers, members) who are involved in national and international activities and are within the scope of well-established and important NGOs with cultural missions between June 2021 and December 2021. As a result of the factor analysis findings, a total of five factors emerged, two for managerial importance and three for volunteerism, within the framework of the perceptions of individuals in NGOs with cultural missions. Participants attach great importance to factors. In addition, it has been determined that the administrative importance for NGOs with cultural missions affects the volunteering characteristics at a high level. In terms of gender, there is no different perspective on the factors. Groups with postgraduate education attach higher importance to factors. Volunteering feature gives importance to II and III factors more than members/other group managers. Individuals with 10 or more years of experience give more importance to the factors of managerial importance I and II and volunteering feature II than individuals with 1-9 years of experience.

Although prostitution is referred to as "the oldest profession in the world", there have been different interpretations of its place in society according to cultures. A look at medieval Europe reveals that prostitution was a very common and much in demand. As an early medieval phenomenon, these ordinary women who were prostitutes were not usually seduced and deceived young girls; they consisted of either unemployed maids or women who had lost their jobs due to the economic crisis in the textile sector. When the reason are investigated, it is discovered that there is a link between the social and economic reasons and prostitution that is associated with poverty.
Initially prostitutes were faced with serious restrictions both by society and the state. The notables of the city believed that prostitution should be done under state control to protect noble women and men from anarchy and aggression and discourage homosexuality and allowed brothels to be opened. Thus, sexual experiences with attractive women in brothels were viewed as a solution to discourage homosexual tendencies in men; it was thought that when the desire of men, who had stayed away from beautiful women because of their homosexual tendencies was steered toward the women in the brothels, their lust for these women would increase marriage rates in time. These brothels and prostitution were an important way out for the administrators until the Black Plague spread in Europe. During the Black Plague, the administrators considered brothels and prostitution a hazard because they prevented population growth which they resolved by shutting these activities down.
The social, cultural, legal and economic causes and consequences of prostitution and prostitutes as a social problem that was also a concern for the civil and religious authorities in Medieval Europe are examined in this study.

According to the interviews that took place in the social sciences department, the expressions of post truth and social media are the most well-known expressions of our time. Whether or not the data shared in social media communities is real, becomes absolute as a result of the unique interactions of these platforms, and a number of different reasons are acceptable to some people who are confronted with these data, and the speed of spreading of these contents can increase many times over. Shares are also made on these platforms about the benefits and harms of vaccines. However, due to the fact that information about the harms of vaccines provides an unusual and remarkable content feature, people who are not experts in this field may be more interested in this issue, and the unquestioned or limited questionable feature of this platform is more open to inaccurate content. In this study, the contents of the groups opposed to two different vaccines on Instagram and Facebook, which are social media platforms, are analyzed in a qualitative way and the documents that those who oppose the vaccine highlight in the development of these oppositions are analyzed descriptively with an interpretative form within the scope of the phenomenological attitude. Accordingly, it has been revealed that anti-vaccine groups have turned to virtual communities, highlighting the argument that vaccines contain ingredients that cause diseases and deaths, and conspiracy theories that vaccines are a tool for the secret projects of vaccine practitioners and manufacturers.
