In this study; prenatal and childbirth care, immunization and nutrition levels and the effect of seasonal migration on child health and child mortality in the case of Çağlayancerit are examined. The research population consists of seasonal migrant women living in Çağlayancerit district. The sample consists of 200 random women living in Çağlayancerit district who migrate seasonally. A survey of 20 questions was created within the framework of previous researches. The data obtained from the survey were analysed and interpreted. In the case of Çağlayancerit, seasonal migration has a significant impact on child health and child mortality. The high early age mortality rate of the children of women migrating seasonally reveals that there is a negative situation in accessing health services beyond poor environmental conditions. In fact, it was observed in the study that women who migrated seasonally could not benefit from health services before and during birth, the vaccination rates of their children were low, and malnutrition was common among the children of migrant women. The low educational level of seasonal migrants may cause women not to have enough knowledge about childhood diseases. In Çağlayancerit, intense efforts should be made to inform women about early marriage, to increase their education level, and to be included in working life within the scope of social security. Prioritizing these groups at risk while planning health services, planning educational studies on mother-child health issues in primary health care institutions, increasing the accessibility of health services, ensuring the continuity, and improving the quality will enable our country that has made significant improvements in early childhood mortality rates to reach even better points

Nowadays, tourism movements have become more and more popular and people participate in touristic travels for purposes such as seeing the world, getting to know and discover new cultures and quenching their curiosity. Age, which is among the demographic characteristics of the individuals participating in the trip, is one of the most explanatory variables, and attracts great attention in the academic literature. Since the age of individuals is a criterion that affects the activities of the tourism market, tourism businesses have understood the importance of differences in customers' purchasing behavior, decision-making processes, attitudes and values. In particular, understanding the differences is extremely important in the tourism industry. For this reason, generations have been accepted as a tool to understand the market in recent years. More specifically, it may be more meaningful to examine generations than using age-based categories. The aim of this study is to make a bibliometric analysis of the studies about generations in the field of tourism by scanning the relevant literature. Indicators are used to describe the bibliometric field structure. When the articles published in tourism journals and theses prepared in the field of tourism between 2010-2020 were examined, a total of 39 publications on the subjects of study with the silent generation, baby boom generation, X, Y, Z and alpha generations were identified. According to the findings obtained as a result of the analysis, the studies related to the generations were examined according to the research subjects, methods, sample numbers, analysis and techniques used in the study by years, generations, research subjects, generations. According to the results of the study; 2019 is the year in which the most generation work was done. Studies examining all generations are more numerous. The maximum sample size in the studies is in the group of 301-400 people. Quantitative studies were preferred more in research and parametric tests were performed more than other tests. In the study, studies related to the generations in the tourism literature are presented and it is important in terms of shedding light on the future studies.

This essay is based on a series of contents related to participation and the World Bank (WB). First, at a general level, it traces the trajectory of WB thinking related to participation in development from 1980 to the present. Second, the framework within which the thought has taken shape is broken down - that is, the Framework for Service Delivery (MPS) presented in the 2004 World Development Report. Third, the work carried out by the World Bank in the education sector that has promoted the concepts integrated in the MPS is addressed. Focusing on the education sector is essential, as the World Bank has been more active in theorizing and more successful in implementing its idea of participation. As the essay shows, a particular approach to decentralization is fundamental in the way in which the World Bank advances in its conception of participation and in the way in which it relies on the realization of participation in practice, both in general and in terms of practice. regarding the governance of education. Finally, the essay examines and discusses the results of the education decentralization projects supported by the World Bank, in the light of the theory developed for their promotion.

Preferring virtual socialization millennial generation deny reality. They both appear physically with their bodies in real life and also choose virtual sphere to play their roles actively. Techno-communication is so alive that people continue their daily lives integrated with their smart phones and other technological tools. Inevitably, cyber existence of humans is attached with their identities, daily habits, cultural, traditional and existence forms. On the other hand, people can choose a purified character in cyber sphere to isolate himself from his real, physical world. In terms of reflecting the relationship between real character and artificial intelligence, science fiction films "Her" and "Ex-Machina" are chosen for this study. Human has the ability to concentrate to the newest situation he experiences. In both films, human's challenge with his emotions and self-critical side presents the different and common ways of real life challenges. Just as test subjects, the characters have to cope with their real and/or virtual experiences. In addition to the new virtual learnings, there is a real life concentration struggle with physical, psychological and sociological conditions. As seen in films, enjoying loneliness and new experiences with artificial intelligence purified from society, human finds freedom in his own virtual world. Within the use of techno-communication, the two film posters will be examined with comparative semiotic analysis as being evidences of the physical and virtual relationship models of millennial generation. The films will be examined with the character, space, time, body language, form of communication, psychological and sociological conditions.

The concept of design, which is a rising value in all areas, includes an innovative process that requires continuous innovation. In this process, it is important for the product to be designed to meet the needs of the age, to be solution-oriented and to satisfy consumer expectations in terms of design. For this reason, it is of great importance to benefit from design research and design analysis methods, especially in areas such as visual communication, architecture and fashion where visuality and consumer perception are at the forefront. In the field of fashion design, where the concept of design becomes synonymous with clothing, designers present their collections to consumers by combining their knowledge with design principles and methods by conducting design research. As a result of processes such as adding or removing new features or providing combinations by moving the added features to different places, the garment gains a design feature and value. For this reason, clothing designers should be aware of the methods and approaches to realize the features that increase the design value of a garment and give it a design feature, develop their analysis and synthesis skills, and use design analysis methods in the design process. In the research where this idea constitutes the starting point; It was aimed to analyze the upper garment designs of the Balmain brand, which has an important place in the fashion world with its high design value and original clothing designs, with the qualitative experimentation method introduced by Kleining, Gerhard (1986). A design representing similar upper garment designs in the collection was determined, a total of 11 designs were included in the study and analyzed. As a result of the research; In the clothing designs that make up the collection, it has been observed that the harmonious combinations of Kleining, Gerhard's techniques of adding, subtracting, relocating and design principles such as symmetrical and asymmetric balance, repetition, harmony, contrast, integrity, emphasis, texture, and transformation into original clothing designs have been realized.

Traditional bows which used in Turkish archery, in contrast to other cultural bows, are compound and consist of multiple parts. Generally, Turkish bows, that have abilities as extending outer part, and squeezing inner part, work based on energy transfer principle that is from bow to arrow at tension phase. It was observed when sticking section increased, flexibility ability showed arise, because of combination of parts that have different shape and aerodynamic structure. Reverse resistance between release and casing section is caused of non-flexible casing section body thickness and flexible release section. This resistance is a point of accumulated energy and highest tension. It was observed that structural difference of the material that used in this section can affect to pulling power of bow. In conclusion, it could be said that increasing the number of parts can affect flexibility ability of bow, and that the aerodynamic structure of joined parts can affect higher tension on bow.

This paper examines the backtrack searching through the use of photography’s visual and experiencing an autoethnographic journey’s narrative possibility to reconstruct an episodic memory which does not exist for a third-generation member of a family who emigrated from Bulgaria to Turkey in 1926. During his journey to Alfatlı/Bulgaria where his ancestors came from, first author’s had no information on his family’s oral, visual, or written history except a vague story. Based on the relationship between history and photography in Walter Benjamin's works such as "On the Concept of History" and "Little History of Photography", this work emphasizes that return is a photographically important and visual tool that should be used. The narrative part of the study consists of using autoethnography, a postmodern method, to analyze the autobiography of the third generation with an ethnographic perspective. The photos attached to the narrative section are associated with the concept that Benjamin calls " scene of crime " and the narrative-visual relationship is structured. The study therefore discusses the possibility that the third generation immigrant will return to the scene of crime and use photography and autoethnographic backtrack methodologically to find a meaningful and possible way of establishing a link between lost memory and identity.

It is aimed to investigate the position of the tool on lifestyle and perception forms based on its applications in Turkish movies. Method: The study, was proceeded with literature review method, begins with the historical development period of graphic design followed by the foundation of typography with the invention of Johannes Gutenberg's movable printing press which became the fundemantal of typography, then continues with direct and indirect effects of the modern art movements developing as of the 20th century on typography. With developing computer technologies, typography has started to find new places out of paper and has emerged to become animated in today’s design and also started to use in sequences in Turkish movies. All these points are investigated in detail. Results: Based on the study, making of literature resarch and reviewing the Turkish movie sequences after 2000 years, shown us that if it had used correctly, it intensifies the perception and attention of the viewer and facilitates the transmission of the message. Generics, which initially consisted of only name cards, assumed a different task with the development of cinema and technology. Now, before the movie starts, movie credits are used more effectively in order to prepare the audience for the film emotionally and biologically, and to give information and clues about the content and editing of the film. All these developments have made the generics elements that speak to the audience. For this reason, generic designs have been works that are valued as much as film.

Cities are going through a continuous process of change and transformation depending on political, economic, social, cultural and environmental factors. Driving forces that left their mark on the industrial era have been replaced by new factors in post-industrial societies. This transformation, experienced in various fields from the production structure to the governance structure and socio-economic structure, has put historical urban centers into a rapid collapse process. In this context, for the last 30 years, urban and cultural policies see culture as an important resource in the renovation and revitalization of collapsed historical urban centers and assign various missions on the culture. In the literature, there are various discussions about the extent to which culture contributes to the solution of various problems in historical urban centers. In this article, the concept of culture is discussed in the context of urban planning literature. Within the framework of the relationship between cultural economy and urban space it creates, cultural-led urban transformation approaches are examined.

In this study, the direction of the causality relationships between inflation and interest rates is analyzed for the US economy. The aim of the study is to discuss the validity of the Fisher Effect by revealing the direction of the causality relationship between inflation and interest rates in the USA. In this, the inflation rate of the USA in the 1970-2019 period and the policy interest rate data of the FED were used. Thus, the monetary policy makers were guided to make the right decisions in interest rate decisions and to increase the efficiency levels of their policies. According to the findings obtained from the study, the relations mentioned in the Fisher Effect in the 1970-2019 period in the USA, although they work with a delay in the short term, they function quite successfully in the long term. Another result we have obtained from the study is that there is a positive causal relationship between the inflation rates and the policy rates of the FED in the USA, and a negative causal relationship between the policy interest rates of the FED and the inflation rates.

The research is a correlational model among quantitative research methods. A total of 213 adolescents pushed to crime selected with purposive sampling method pardicipated in the study. A "Demographic Information Form" developed by the researchers has used to determine the adolescents' sociodemographic characteristics. The “Parental Acceptance-Rejection/Control Questionnaire” (PARQ/C) was used to identify the family characteristics of adolescents; the “Personality Assessment Questionnaire” (PAQ) was used to determine their personality traits; the “Delinquent Behavior Scale” (DBS) was used to determine the levels of delinquent behaviors of adolescents. Multiple linear regression analaysis was used to analyze the study data. PAQ (t=2.983, p<.01), PARQ (Mother) (t=7.273, p<.01), PARQ (Father) (t=.840,p<.01), and maternal control (t=2.005, p<.05) positively and significantly predict DBS total score. The results revealed that maternal acceptance-rejection, paternal acceptance-rejection, personality traits and maternal control significantly predicted juvenile delinquency. Accordingly, adolescents' being rejected by their parents, having poor personolity traits and being subjected to restrictive maternal control increase their delinquency.
