Digital transformation in many disciplines around the world is rapidly seen in education and training activities in both academic and institutional fields. The digital transformation, which creates a different connection between the lecturer and the lecturer, also removes the space and time limit in the field of education when desired. While this change has found a positive response in some segments, the belief that sudden changes bring along negativities in some segments is advocated. In this study, it is aimed to get the opinions of the experts on whether the application of digital transformation, which started in the world with the development of technology, in the field of education has positive effects on success compared to traditional methods. In this regard, Delphi technique was used, which provides a basis for the complex handling of complex issues, gathering views on the topic, determining the priority and importance order of the components related to the subject, and reaching a consensus on a subject that cannot be compromised. This technique is a qualitative method of gathering, estimating and reconciling, using quantitative tools. In this study, using the Delphi technique, which was carried out with experts on the subject, interviews were conducted electronically with a group of academicians, specialist trainers and educational civil society managers, and the data obtained were analyzed and interpreted. In addition, during the implementation phase of this study, after the first round of Delphi technique was completed, COVID-19 epidemic was observed all over the world and distance education was compulsory due to the closure of schools across the country. Therefore, experts have practically seen the advantages and disadvantages of the system in every region and all classes of the country, and then the second round of the technique has been completed. After this process, it was possible to evaluate the harmony and incompatibilities between 1st and 2nd round prolonged answers. It is thought that evaluating the findings and results obtained by the relevant educational organs and related disciplines will contribute to the studies planned in this are.

The facadism, which emerged as a product of postmodern architecture, is a practice that allows the preservation of one or more facades of the historical building and to make up-to-date applications in the interior. Although it has caused a lot of controversy among conservationists and supporters of urban development in the historical process, it has been a preferred practice for a variety of reasons, such as both producing spaces that respond to current needs and connecting them with the past. In these applications, the aim of this study is to determine how the new structure behind the facade is integrated with the historical facade. In this direction, 30 structures accessed from Pinterest application and applied only facade were identified and a typology was established according to this sample.

Many countries today struggle for overcoming the problem of unemployment regardless of their development levels as one of the detrimental problems in socio-economic life. Several policies have been implemented in Turkey and in the World to integrate unemployed individuals in to labor markets since it creates economic pressure over the economy as well as psychological pressure over the unemployed individual and the society. Labor markets in Turkey has authentic characteristics. Ever increasing growth rates of population and domestic migration cause labor surplus in the Country. Even though the 3rd Five Year Development Plan targeted overcoming the problem of unemployment through dens industrialization and development, unemployment in non-agricultural industries could not be increased and unemployment rates remained low due to labor density in the agricultural industry. Combating the problem of unemployment continued after the 1980s period but the policies failed to be successful due to the economic crises in the world economy, political conflicts in the country, and mis-targeted objectives in the industrialization and development areas. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of unemployment insurance as one of the passive employment policy tools over the unemployment problem. The study found two way causality relationship between the unemployment and unemployment benefit as a result of Granger causality analysis. Moreover, co-integration tests revealed unemployment benefit effected unemployment at 20% in the long term co-integration results and created positive relationship.

Daguerreotype, is discovered in Paris by Louis-Jacques-Mandé Daguerre (1787-1851) in 1839. It is announced to the world by Arago on 19 August 1839 at the Paris Academie des Sciences. This new invention has been met with excitement in Paris and all over the world. Daguerreotype is a long and difficult process. It needs long chemical process. Firstly, a piece of silver-coated copper plate is exposing to iodine vapour. After then, sensitized plate is place in a camera obscura and it is exposing to the sun. Exposure times varied according to the time of day, the season of the year. After exposure, this silver plate is placed over hot mercury until an image appeared. Finally, the plate is fixing with common salt or solution of sodium thiosulfate. Final image is sharp, detailed and bright. On the other hand, daguerreotype is unique, fragile and black and white. These features are seen deficient. Optical and chemical studies are carried out between 1839 and 1841 to improve and correct to these deficiencies. Daguerreotype is firstly used in architecture. It is followed by archaeology, topography, physiology, anthropology, medicine and astronomy. However, maximum production is took place in portrait. Many portraits are taken with personal and scientific purposes. As a result of the interest to the portrait, a lot of daguerreotype studios have been opened all over the world.

When looking at the pages of history, inequalities between men and women, injustice in the intellectual sense, have always been pushed women into the backround in terms of gender with a power comparison.

In 2001, loathing among ethnic groups grew in Macedonia due to triggering of developments in Kosovo, claims of Albanians more warrant and the Macedonia government’s failure to take action against these developments and a conciliation policy. Afterwards increasing loathing turned to conflicts. As a matter of fact, cultural assets have been damaged and destroyed due to carelessness or deliberate actions of Macedonian armed forces during the conflicts. In this context, not only the NLA, but also Macedonia has violated the law of war. During the examination the 2001 Macedonia crisis, which is a non-international conflict, is analyzed based on case studies, and the regulations in the 1977 App. II Protocol are made use of. It is known that the historic, politic, diplomatic and sociologic reasons of the 2001 Macedonia crisis were explored in the Turkish literature. However, it was noted that the legal perspective of the conflict in Macedonia and the law of war violations were not examined in the Turkish literature. Thus, the law of war violations of both contending parties are revealed through the use of international literature, international newspapers and ICTY reports. The current study not only reviews whether NLA’s claims of self-determination were legal, but also ascertains the law of war violations based on the principles of discernment, necessity of military, not causing unjustifiable pain and proportionality.

Nature existed long before humanity and art. However, as it is considered that human is a result of nature and an entity, we should think the biggest negative or positive impacts on the nature may be because of the humanity as well. This is because of the fact that, nature has prepared the base for humans to understand the nature, and to gather all profitable resources, throughout its historical process. Humanized nature and assimilated into a thing by art, does not mean that it is “true” or “the whole nature”. Because of bringing in the humanity itself and the society to its own existence, it let the term ‘substance’ to be observed between human and nature, and also seen as the formation of natural presence by art philosophers, Gueyu and John Ruskin. When the particular art subject becomes a humane fact, it does not deform the meaning of the term ‘presence’ that human hosts in and eventually reflects. When the artist is observing nature, understanding the concept of ‘beauty’ leads artist to perceive the intuition and thought of nature itself. The artist then gets influenced by the nature and finds the power of quitting to estimate it, inside. Every new movement in art that is emerged, is a new understanding and search by means of nature. The base of the concept of naturalism is the thought of the beauty of the nature, the lead of this beauty to art, and the unnecessary thought of changing it. Then, nature, is together with the human as an indispensable substance. This bonded and inseparable two presences are effective in either beginning and end of the existence process. Against all the offerings of the nature, the creativeness of art that begins with human, sets the place of the nature by its powerful effects in means of permanence or eradication. The work of art that is born, would either occupy the destroy or would obey this truth. As a result, the relationship between art, nature and human, is a combine on natural based, humanly shaped and artistically existed.

The East is not only the neighbor of Europe, but also the place of the largest, richest and oldest colonies in Europe, the source of their civilizations and languages, its cultural rival, one of the deepest, most frequently repeated Other images. In addition, the West is an integral part of Europe's material civilization and culture as its opposing image, thought, identity, and experience. Orientalism is not a European dream of the East, but a created concept and action that has made significant monetary investments for generations. This is precisely why the Orientalists have sought deep scientific research, especially in the field of Arabic language and Islam, in order to maintain their dominance over the East. According to Fuat Sezgin, Orientalists were divided into two groups. Legitimate workers and illegitimate workers. For the illegitimate workers, politics, morality, religion, philosophy, and all things that can be imagined and related to the East have been evaluated and presented to the East within the framework of a certain point of view. The real purpose is colonial logic. It is easy to manage a society that has lost its roots and to convince new things. One of these orientalists is Margoliouth. Margoliouth, who has worked at Oxford University for more than forty years, has underestimated the East, especially Orientalists like his contemporaries, in his paradigm of Eastern languages and tried to put forward his anti-Islamic discourses with evidence. Margoliouth, who produced many works for this purpose, has taken place in the dusty shelves of history as the owner of many theories about Arabic language literature and Arabic poetry.
