In today's competitive conditions, it is not enough to operate only the employees who work on their job so that the organizations can continue their activities effectively and continue their existence. Organizational identification is the perception of the employee to belong to the organization and to keep oneself with the organization. In other words, it is a psychological bridge between the employee and the organization. Social loafing is that the members of the organization working as a group make less effort compared to the members of the organization working individually. Cyberloafing is employees’ usage of information technologies for non-work related objectives during the work hours. In this study, the effect of organizational identification on social loafing and cyberloafıng was investigated. In addition, whether or not these variables differ significantly according to demographic variables were examined. The hypothesis of the study was created by using the related literature.

With the death of Genghis Khan, the great empire he founded was shared among his sons. Chagatai Khan established dominance in almost all the regions of East and West Turkistan. Chagatai Khanate has a cosmopolitan structure in terms of religious diversity. Chagatai Khan pursued a policy of exploitation in order to consolidate his dominance in these regions. In 1326, Tarmashirin Khan became the ruler of Chagatai Khanate and took the name Alaeddin after converting to Islam. With Tarmashirin's adoption of Islam, trade and political relations between Islamic countries and Chagatai Khanate developed. The fact that Tarmashirin had good relations with Islamic countries was not welcomed by some sections of the Mongolian traditions and customs and they announced their allegiance to his uncle's son Buzun. The traditional Mongolian lords in Yedisu and Dzungaria who wanted to revive the Chagatai Khanate, dethroned Tarmashirin and killed him. The turmoil and instability following the killing of Tarmashirin Khan led all the way to the collapse of the khanate. As a result of the lack of political unity, the Chagatai nation was divided into two. One was the settled Transoxiana, the majority of which was Muslim, and the other was Mongolia, which maintained its equestrian-nomadic culture, adhering to Mongolian traditions and customs.

Abstract In its most general sense, migration, defined as a displacement movement, involves many different dimensions and influences. Recent studies reveal that women, who are thought to be passive, are actually active. Accordingly, women carry out very important and play effective functions from the migration decision, sequence of migration and adaptation to the migrated country. Because of the patriarchal structure, the level of education of the woman is low, and women live their life by executing the taken decisions rather than taking decisions. This is not compatible with the obligations imposed on women on migration process. Women, who have been living for many years in a passive way, have an important function starting from the decision of the immigration process. During migration, the woman continues to be a mother and wife in addition to being an individual. While they are migrate, they continue to keep-up their family, help the adaptation to where they are migrate; on the other hand they also have to economically support their family and work at outside. However, it is not easy for women to try to stay alive with their family without knowing the language, socio-cultural and economic structure of the migrated country, therefore, asylum-seeking women find themselves in a much more challenging struggle than the other members of the family. This study consists of two parts. In the first part, the phenomenon of migration is discussed theoretically. In the second part, there is the date of semi-structured interviews made with 20 women living in Kırıkkale as an asylum seeker. The data obtained from the interviews with women in the asylum-seeker status have been tried to be interpreted with a sociological point of view in the light of the information in the theoretical section. In case the local authorities considers the data emerging from this study, it is expected that living conditions of asylum seekers will improve and this will play an important role in Turkey’s integration.

Drugs are a multi-layered, multi-dimensional problem that threatens societiestoday and tomorrow, especially capturingyoungergenerations, but it is an important harmfactor affecting the developmentlevel of countries that cause deepwounds in the mental and physical health of individuals and cause destruction in the society. The use of drugsdisregards the peace and security of the public; it deeplyundermines the social and economic interests of society and undermines social justice and fundamentalprinciples of law. The fight against drug-related crime has been one of the most important factors in a country's efforts to achieve and maintain economic and social stability, such as the protection of public order and state authority, ensuringjustice in the interpersonalincomedistribution, not compromising public security, and underminingdemocratic and moral values. With the occurrence of drug-related offenses, the economies of countries suffer the most. In countries where crimes are committed intensively, security expenditures are also increasing; While the resources of the country are looted by financial crimes, they are used to eliminate the security gap caused by these resources. In cases where the fight against these crimes is inadequate, it is seen that inequality in incomedistribution among individuals is increasinglydamaged by the understanding of justice, unrest in society is triggered and social pollutionoccurs. Because social pollution in society constitutes the basis of political pollution and this negative situation causes the trust in the state and weakens the authority of the state, but it shows how important it is to struggle with the organizations that cause seriousdamages to the economic and social texture of the countries and therefore put heavycosts on the society. . in this study, the economic reflections of the dataobtained from the concept of drugs, drug market, anti-drugpolicies in the State are evaluated. These assessments Ministry of Interior Police General Directorate of Anti-Smuggling and data of the Organized Crime Agency based on information and documents received from the presidential security policiesapplied in the fight against drugswithin the scope of the criminal economy, Turkey 2005-2012 year has been prepared based.

In the early 2000s, corporate failures in some high-profile businesses have raised concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the Company's financial statements. Although the responsibility for preparing the financial statements in accordance with the needs and the fair depends on the management of the company as stipulated by the board of directors, the criticisms are largely based on the quality of the independent (external) audit process which assumes the task of auditing the financial statements and the independence of the auditors conducting the audit process. In response to these criticisms, a number of regulatory bodies have undertaken efforts to strengthen auditor independence by mandatory rotation of auditors or audit firms after a certain period of time. When the studies in the field of mandatory rotation practice (literature) are examined, it is observed that compulsory rotation application has positive and negative effects on audit quality in general. While positive opinions are united in terms of preventing the rapprochement between the auditor and the customer through the application of rotation, reducing the pressure of the customer business managers on the auditors and gaining new perspectives to the audit; negative opinions are combined to increase costs, prevent knowledge and specialization. There is a consensus that in most of the studies examining the effects of mandatory rotation on auditor independence and in most of the studies examining the relationship between auditor independence and rotation, although there are exceptions, mandatory rotation improves auditor independence “independence in fact” and “independence in apperance” basis.

Justice, which has a wide area of meaning and practice, has an important function in one's beliefs, speechs and behaviors. Islamic scholar al-Maturidi perceives justice as a psychological and sociological concept of the manifestation of faith in the life of a Muslim. He interprets justice as a psycho-social factor and moral virtue in individual and social life to live in accordance with the principles of dirness, order, fairness and equality. The mind understands the beauty of justice and the ugliness of cruelty. Allah asks his servants to be fair in their hearts, speech, behaviors, social life, and all human relations, to behave with justice, to be free from cruelty and injustice. He loves those who judge justly and those who do justly. Selfishness, neutrality, lying, greed for goods, hatred and hostility, as well as various fears, are among the psycho-social negative situations that prevent people from behaving fairly. Al-Maturidi, who states that emotions and senses are the test factor, says that the heart, mind and will of man are effective in using them in a controlled and good way. The biggest factor against the psycho-social obstacles that prevent justice is the awareness of responsibility, the phenomenon of taqwa. Achieving individual and social peace, solving problems, the source of peace and happiness is justice. It is possible that the most cherished thing in man is perceived well by his mind, to be understood, to be internalized in his heart, and to live justice in all aspects of his life in a good and correct way. The levels of culture and civilization of social institutions can be measured in the proportion of their importance to justice and their fair practices. Justice in belief; faith and tawhid, justice in speech; true and beautiful words, while being seen as telling the truth in testimony and true testimony, justice in behavior; is manifested in the form of doing wise, good moral acts with fairness, measure and respect, and taking responsibility and suffering the consequences. In this study, according to al-Maturidi, the psycho social function of justice in human life is examined.
