Rhetoric, "the correct and beautiful word in place" is a branch of knowledge and the subject of acquiring knowledge. As well as contributing to the understanding of literary products, rhetoric also provides opportunities to help evaluate these products. One of these opportunities is literary arts. The parts of rhetoric are three: Meani, declaration, bedi. Meani, the word is expressed in a suitable way; declaration, how to express the different meant; bedi word is appropriate, open, smooth and ornate means to be said. Holy Quran; the fact that the verses are as simple and straightforward as mana, and that they are flawless and robust as a meaninig, and that the explanation and expression methods are different, is a unique book. It is possible to see this in every verse and surah. Ikhlas Surah also has a structure that accommodates these features. Although there are four verses that we can describe as short, the verses are explained by the commentators. In our study, the verses of Ikhlas surah in terms of eloquence were determined by which arts were found in the verses, the effects of these arts were tried to be revealed.

Childhood Trauma Scale, Self Esteem Scale and Body Image Scale were used in the study.

Emotional labor is the management of employees' emotions according to organizational rules. Employees who are in one-to-one relationship with customers need to make effort to put their emotion reactions in an acceptable manner for the organization or to create emotional impressions compatible with the organization's goals. Questions was asked through the questionnaire method to 100 employees working for call services of a GSM operator within the scope of this study, which aims to measure the turnover intentions of call service employees who are at all times obliged to regulate their emotions since they are in one-to-one contact with clients. Because of various reasons, 73 questionnaires could be used in the study. Emotional Labor Behaviors Scale, which was adapted to Turkish by Öz (2007) from the works of Grandey (1999), Bratheridge and Lee (1998) and tested for validity and reliability, was used to measure the emotional labor dimension. To measure the turnover intention, on the other hand, the turnover intention scale, which was developed by Cammann et al. (1983) and translated into Turkish by Mimaroğlu (2008) was used. As a result of the research, it was found that there is a significant relationships between the dimensions of emotional labor behavior, acting deeply and acting, and intention to quit. In addition, significant differences were found in dimensions related to emotional labor and emotional labor in difference tests, t-test according to gender and ANOVA test according to work experience. Significant differences were found in job satisfaction according to gender, marital status, work experience and working time.

The completion of the human genome project and advances in molecular genetics have facilitated the diagnosis of genetic diseases. The information gained over the last 20 years has enabled rapid and reliable identification of genetic diseases. The discovery of DNA, obtaining metaphase plates from lymphocyte cell culture, and preparation staining methods have led to the visualization of numerical and structural defects in chromosomes under a microscope. There have been great developments in this field which is defined as cytogenetics in the last 50 years. In this study, an optimized laboratory procedure has been given with emphasis on the identification of fragile X mental retardation cases related to X chromosome by cytogenetic methods. In addition, sister chromatid exchange method used in the determination of chromosome fractures is mentioned. The original photographs of the stained metaphase plates obtained by these methods are shown in the study. We believe that each laboratory can achieve better results by modifying the blood culture and staining procedure steps according to their own conditions.

In the last period of the Ottoman Empire, the Young Turks movement, which aimed to maintain the state by establishing a constitutional order and constitutional order, had many political and social effects. The activities of the political actors involved in this movement, the initiatives supported by the movement and the intellectual foundations of the movement have been explored and discussed in many studies. However, the supporters and instigators of this movement, which aims to create a new administrative structure in the Ottoman Empire, are as important as the activities of the movement. For this reason, identifying those who support the Young Turk movement and who get positive and negative outcomes from the actions of the Young Turks in terms of their own accounts reveals the need to evaluate the activities of this movement from a different perspective. The focus of the study is on the emergence and development of the Young Turk movement and the identification of the foreign countries and the separatist groups that support this movement in the process of developing a revolutionary movement. In addition, the reactions (positive / negative) of these states and separatist groups in the last period of the Ottoman Empire are evaluated. In this way, it is tried to determine whether the members of the Young Turks movement serve the interests of the people or who use the intimate and well-meaning ideas and activities of the Young Turks. This effort may also allow an opportunity to re-read the last period of the Ottoman Empire.

Allah's Address To Humanity

Allah Almighty addresses to the people in three ways: "It is not given to any human being that Allah should speak to him unless (it be) by Inspiration, or from behind a veil, or (that) He sends a Messenger to reveal what He wills by His Leave. Verily, He is Most High, Most Wise .” 42/51) In other words we can say that the divine appeal has been martyred in three stages: all of human beings, like other beings, have been dealing firstly with the divine address. This includes the characteristics that they have as a heretic. Like the properties of each being in the universe, people have certain merits that are unique to their species. Like all the living and non-living beings in the universe, their features of their own species are the result of divine appeal, people have also received their own attributes as revelation. All human beings are likewise their natural counterparts to this divine address, as honey bees, earth, sky and other beings are addressed. In all people, human common features such as sense of religion, intelligence, motherhood-paternity instinct are the elements of the first degree divine appeal. Those who are mute in the second degree of divine expression can count the prophets, scholars, pre-nübüv and post-nübüv, prophets, who possess zühd and takva. These are the segments that are second to none in terms of background and inspiration. In the second instance, the situation of divine address to be addressed to those who are above the standard level of humanity by inspiration as a blessing from Allah Almighty. Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) is the third person who is waiting for the third degree of divine calling. With the exception of this third stage of divine addressing, all other forms of addressing continue with all of its activity. In this sense, the term "ending" means to destroy "ma siva". Because “Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter.” (Rahman, 55/29), that is, he is in constant contact with what he has created. In this declaration the three stages of the divine address will be evaluated.
