In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effect of the training program applied in the creativity and development course conducted by the researcher on the creativity of the teacher candidates. In order to achieve this aim, 51 second grade pre-school teacher candidates at the Preschool Education Department of Basic Education Department at Bozok University Faculty of Education have been worked with. At the selection of the study group, appropriate sampling method has been used from the aim sampling types. In the course of creativity and development course, sensory/creative experiences have been presented to the 51 second grade pre-school teacher candidates via dividing into in 12 weeks by examining the creative process and creative theories, creative thinking techniques, aesthetics, creative activities planning and evaluation, roles and strategies supporting creativity. In the study, one group pre-test-post test pattern has been used among the weak experimental designs. The validity and reliability of the general information form developed by the researcher have been done by using the Torrance Verbal Creativity Test A Form and Formal Creativity Test A Form whose validity and reliability have been checked by Aslan (2006). After the introduction of the SPSS program to analyze the data, the Shapiro-Wilk analysis of normality test results has been performed and the data have been found to be normal distribution. The "Paired Sample T-Test" that is suitable for single-pattern designs have been used and the significance level is set at p<.05. The results of the Torrance Verbal Creativity Test Form A and the Formal Creativity Test A form were found to be statistically significant in favor of the final test. This suggests that the training program offered to the candidates for 12 weeks may be effective in improving the verbal and formal creativity of the prospective teachers.

Since 2013 many countries have been a rise in both number of conflicts and battle casualties; the number of conflicts increased from 26 to 30 between 2013 and 2014 (Gates, etc, 2016). In general humanitarian relief workers have been increasingly targeted in crisis; there were 110 attacks on relief workers in 2014, resulting in 121 deaths. International actors are preferred as kidnapping victims as they provide both a higher ransom and a more visible political statement (Stoddard, etc, 2009). The need to maximize the safety of staff results in miniature access for humanitarian programming and monitoring. The restrictions imposed by both governments and non-state actors who are seeking to exercise control over territories making the access to reach very limited; The researchers see a direct correlation between increasing violence and shrinking humanitarian presence (Stoddard, etc, 2014). When the dangerous to international organizations working in conflict zones becomes highly or access is very limited, they are often left no other choice than to remove themselves from the situation., of course this has a harmful effect on local populations who will remain without any support. Then remote programming will be the most alternative to ‘bunkerization’ (Egeland, etc, 2011). It aims to continue the provision of services on the ground while it supposes that local actors are able to provide services at a reduced level of risk than that faced by international staff because they have greater knowledge of local context and more acceptance in the community. In some cases where a high risk prevents access for expatriate staff from international organizations and national staff from national organizations, remote programs are executed and managed by local actors from communities. This literature review aims to identify these remote and auditing approaches, collating lessons learned and best practices for humanitarian programming in inaccessible conflict situations. While humanitarian programming and monitoring in inaccessible zones has been required in several recent conflicts, it is having largely been governed by trial and error due to lack of comprehensive instruction and detailed strategy. This review hopes to inform the creation of evidence to support humanitarian organizations in conflict settings.

Sabahattin Ali and Jerzy Kosinski come from quite different backgrounds. Their prominent studies are named Kuyucaklı Yusuf and The Painted Bird respectively. These novels intersect at certain points in respect to subjects they refer. Both authors refer to social issues. In times of political, economic instability and change, instability in social and cultural life is observed as well. Kuyucaklı Yusuf deals with the pre-World War I and the outbreak of war. The Painted Bird handles the experiences of a little boy during the World War II. It appears that both novels coincide with turbulent periods. The instability of the period is reflected in social life in both novels. These reflections are predominantly manifested in the form of degeneration stemming from the fluctuations of the day's conditions. The lack of authority causes acceleration in degeneration. The weakening of the controlling mechanism let individuals act according to the needs of their instinctual drives. Both novels predominantly deal with rural life. The rural areas that are far from the centre are more vulnerable to corruption. One of the important common points of the novels is their realistic approach to social problems. They show a realistic approach to corruption and racial discrimination. Both authors’ approach is art for the sake of society and they have handled the conditions of the day with a critical point of view. This study aims to evaluate both novels in terms of social structure.

In all countries, a significant part of the economic activity and output comes through the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Although they are much smaller compared to listed, multinational conglomerates, SMEs are a vital component in the economy of any country, even in developed countries. They are completely different in terms of funding structure, reporting requirements and stakeholder expectations. Thus the financial reporting requirements for SMEs also vary considerably. Therefore the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), created international financial reporting standards (IFRS) for SMEs. IFRS for SME was simplified to fit the reporting needs of SMEs, keeping in mind the skills they have and the level of costs they can afford. In parallel to this Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) for SMEs were included in the legislation by published numbered 27746 in the Official paper dated November 1, 2010 by Turkey Accounting Standards Board (TASB) in accordance with this standard in Turkey. According to IFRS, SMEs are entities that do not have public accountability and Publish general purpose financial statements for external users. This study reviews the development and implementation process of the İFRS for SMEs.

The appeal is an area between the first-instance court and the appeal court, both the material and legal aspect of the event that caused the case. In other words, the appeal is that the judgment given by the first instance court is re-examined by a higher court. This is a case at first glance, the length of the trial and the fact that the final decision on the case will be delayed, is not true. Because the dual judicial system tries to treat the case for both the material and legal aspects for the appeal court in the legal systems it has, the duration of the proceedings is too long and justice is manifested late. However, in a system that is on the way of law, the fact that the appeal court is the real task of the appeal court is the only legal side to examine the case both lawfully and financially. With the reduction of the workload of the appeal court, the final decision on the case will be accelerated. In this study, information about the emergence of the referral law route will be given first. Further evaluations will be made about the reason for the referral law.

The definition of '' public '' has a complex structure. On the one hand, it becomes different on the other hand, while it reveals a built-in structure depending on who makes the definition. It conceptually covers both individuals and, at the very least, citizens, with a quality that appeals to the state as an institution. At one point the public calls for the common use of individuals who resist regulation and control through a system of thought and regulation based on regulation and supervision. We should talk about a public conceptualization that is defined by the coexistence of individuals, the coexistence of citizens, or the collectivity, and the publicity that is brought into the state by the state into the state, and is therefore individualized, citizenized, abstracted from society and eventually belonged to everybody. In this framework, the concept of the public is not publicly independent. This study is aimed at a search for the elements that constitute the content of publicity, starting from the basis of the public concept. This quest will, in particular, be framed in the theatre action as a public and public activity. Undoubtedly, the presentation of the produced theatre activity requires the "public". The public can only be internalized by this activity by coming to the theatre space. In this sense, public and public debates follow an inner controversy with the theatre. However, the topic of publicity of the theatres is not a matter to be defined or explained without defining certain concepts or giving directions to the definitions. This study attempts to examine Frederickson's response to the question of "who is the public" in the study of the Spirit of Public Administration in the context of the basic concepts of publicity in the context of Theatre activity.

The concept National Economy has been included to the Turkish thought life during the Second Constitutional era. The decisions taken by the political power of the period also play an important role in terms of the development of the concept "national economy" in Turkish thought life. The "national economy" model presented as a recipe for the emancipation of the Ottoman State has become one of the basic properties of the construction period of the Republican Turkey. In this period, when the national independence and the national economy were intertwined, the economic thought was shaped largely under the influence of the recent discussions of the Ottoman State. Economic thought, which has a different content in the development process of the Republic, reappears with a different content on an understanding that centered on the economic developments in the foundation period of the Republic in the aftermath of the 27th of May. It was one of the main topics of discussion from the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy until the return of May 27, in the thought of establishing an independent national economy. The concept of "national economy" on the agenda in all three mentioned periods, although it has similar points of action, also contains the extent to reflect the conditions of its period as content.

Motivation means behavior patterns which are shaped by extrinsic factors to some degree, besides tendencies such as interest, search and discovery. While an individual’s behavior formed or shaped in his/her inner world constitutes intrinsic motivation, behavior patters affected and formed by extrinsic factors are defined as extrinsic motivation. In this context, in our study it was aimed to determine what motivated extrinsically individuals who attended the 13th European Youth Olympic Winter Festival held in Erzurum as spectators to watch sports competitions. In the study, in order to determine data related to extrinsic motives, “External motivations scale for sports spectators” developed by Polat and Yalçın (2014) was used. The scale consists of 9 factors and 34 items. To evaluate the scale items, a 7-Likert scale was used. The sample group of the study was composed of 283 people (236 male and 47 female) who watched the final competitions in the categories of curling, ice hockey and speed skating. To evaluate the data collected, frequency analysis, independent groups T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) in SPSS were applied and also to find out from which group the difference arises Tukey HSD test was used. In determining extrinsic motives of the participants related to gender, significant difference was not attained. When extrinsic motives of the participants related to age were examined, in factors social sharing, ethic values, opportunities for betting, knowledge, and cultural development significant differences in favor of sports spectators aged 18 to 30 years were observed. According to this result, it was seen that compared to sports spectators aged 31 and over, those aged 18 to 30 years were influenced more by the factors of social sharing, ethic values, opportunities for betting, knowledge, and cultural development considering extrinsic motives for watching sports competitions.

Every year millions of people in the world voluntarily or compulsively migrate. there are forced migrations at the beginning of migrations which have tragic and extremely complicated consequences for humanity. In the realization of such migrations, natural disasters such as wars, internal conflicts, political oppressions and poverty as well as scarcity, drought, flood and earthquake play an important role. The earthquakes that occurred in Van on September 23, 2011 and November 9, 2011 caused hundreds of thousands of people to migrate to areas outside the earthquake zone (even for a certain period). Within the scope of this project entitled "Earthquake and Migration: 2011 Van Earthquake Example", the size and effects of migraine which caused the depression that occurred in the said dates were examined and the effects of the depreminated people on the future migration tendencies towards the future were tried to be determined. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of 93 questions was made face to face with 1,500 people, covering different social strata in rural and urban areas where depression was effective. In the earthquake that 644 people lost their lives, about 68,000 of the 101,000 dwellings in areas affected by the earthquake were damaged in various forms. After the earthquake, some 250,000 people temporarily migrated out of the province. The migrations that took place behind the depression were made mostly in the Mediterranean, Aegean and Marmara regions where the climatic conditions are more favourable. Istanbul has been the most migrated province in the province. It is followed by Mersin, Antalya, Ankara, Adana, Izmir and Bursa. The depression has then changed places in the province, such as home, street, neighbourhood or county change. According to the results obtained in fieldwork, the ratio of displaced persons in the province is 22%. Immediately after the earthquake, one of every four people thought that they would migrate out of the province, while the proportion of the people of the region migrated out of the province decreased as the time passed.

Moreover, the differences in socio-economic development among regions necessitate a regional coverage of unemployment. In this respect, the fact that the sample data belongs to one location gives priority to the concepts of spatial dependence and spatial difference. Spatial studies ignoring spatial interaction can lead to misleading results. In this study, the unemployment rates were analyzed by considering the concept of spatial effect.
