In this intense competition environment where businesses struggle for existence, their original capital which is the hardest to imitate is their employees that is expressed as intellectual capital. Even if the contributions of employees to the businesses are put forward at physical, information and service level, the emotional dimensions of behaviour also affect the visible, displayed patterns and results of their efforts and behaviour. Emotions are shaped by a number of internal and external motivator factors while they are mostly occurring on a moral platform that is difficult to identify and manage. In this study, an evaluation is made based on secondary data about factors which are dependent on each other with a cause-effect interaction such as emotional labour, moral and motivation that are seen among the most important contributing factors in the management and success of tourism establishments. As a result of the study, deep acting and sincere behaviour seem to give more positive results on the aims of tourism establishments and their employees. Therefore, works should be carried out for managers to use internal and external awards with moral and motivation tools effectively to support deep and sincere labour behaviour and to make the working environment a fun, moral and motivation increasing structure.

Migration is one of the most important problems in our country. This problem causes the cities that receive immigration to grow excessively and the cities that emigrate to become even smaller than necessary. This negatively affects urban sociology and the economy and returns as a cost to the country's economy. Eventually, the downsizing that is happening leads the cities to become dysfunctional. In this framework, it is of great importance to investigate the tendency to migrate. For this purpose Bayburt, an immigrant city, tended to migrate in the district of Aydin, comparatively examining the year 2010, when the economic troubles were relatively intense and the year 2017, when the economic troubles were alleviated. Migration tendency in the screening survey is 100% unemployment in the 2010 survey. This rate declined to 67% in 2017. In the period of economic difficulties, migration is mainly due to unemployment in these periods, while the rate of those who want to migrate due to socio-cultural deficiencies is increasing from 6% to 56% in the screening survey of the year 2017 when the economic troubles are relatively mild, socio-cultural opportunities It shows that the mound is in effect. In the analysis, it is reached that urban space should be sufficient for urban dwellers in terms of both economic and socio-cultural possibilities in order to reduce most of the migration between cities

The aim of this study is to reveal the importance levels of the problems encountered by the exporting firms and analyze the exporting problems in terms of the number of the countries that the firms export and the firms’ exporting period. With the emergence of the concept of globalization, the barriers between international markets have been lifted, yet each market and region has its own economic, technological, social and legal etc. characteristics. These characteristics sometimes constitute problems for exporting firms and it is thought that export experience is important to overcome these problems. In this respect, the hypothesis of the study is that there is a meaningful relation between the exporting problems and the exporting experiences. The findings of the empirical study reveal that the most important problem for the exporting firms is the difficulty of competing in export markets. The other result is; firms with less export experiences face more exporting problems than those with much export experience and the firms with less export experience see these problems more important. In other words, export problems are not considered very important for the firms with more export experience.
