      <title>A Field Investigation On The Effect Of Organizational Support On Organizationalization In The Public Relations</title>

      <description>This study was prepared with the aim of determining whether organizational support has an effect on organizational identification. The scope of the study is based on an interactional model in that organizational support behaviors are aimed to determine the effect on organizational identification sense. The universe of the research is about 2750 permanent, contracted and service purchasers working in an institution operating in public sector in the public sector in Osmaniye province. The survey was conducted through questionnaire application, with 353 employees working in the institution. In the research, two different scales were used to form a questionnaire. The "Organizational Identification Scale" used by Fettahlıoğlu and Koca (2015) was used to measure organizational identification, and it is composed of scale 6 propositions. In order to measure the perception of organizational support, the "Organizational Support Scale" used in the study performed by Rhoades, Eisenberer and Armeli (2001) was used and it is composed of 12 items. SPSS 21.0 program was used in statistical analysis of the data and frequency, correlation and regression analyzes were performed for the program and hypothesis tests. At the end of the findings, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the organizational support and the organizational identification at low level. It has also been achieved that organizational support may be 21% [(&amp;szlig;=,210), (p&lt;0.01) (p:,000)] effective on organizational identification.</description>

      <description>The aim of this research is to measure the extent to which the furniture production facilities registered in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kahramanmaras are using modern production systems. Questionnaires were obtained through interviews with companies operating in this field during the study. According to the findings, it has been revealed that firms can not use modern production systems adequately in terms of developing technology. Among the main causes of this adverse impact, high funding costs and insufficient expert staff have been identified. Moreover, the factors that hampered firms to benefit from modern production technologies have come to the conclusion that firms are not concerned about the size or the smallness of firms.</description>
