      <title>The Effect Of Emotional Intelligence Perception On Alienation</title>

      <description>Understanding of human behavior and interpretation that exist with depends on thoughts and feelings amongs the most difficult elements. Despite split the atom is possible with scientific activities, in the the explanation of human factors even science is insufficient in some state. Ourselves have difficulty to explain even our thoughts and feelings, analyzing the behavior of all employees who come together under the roof of business is not easy. But not gone above making comment in light of some datas. The aim of this research is investigate whether emotional intelligence perception is effective in alienation perception or not. Survey datas that includes municipal employees in Turkey and applied to 396 people, analyzed with SPSS program. According to the findings it has been identified there is a medium strength positive relation between emotional intelligence and sense of alienation. Moreover, perceptions of emotional intelligence were found to be 42% of the explanatory effect on alienation perceptions.</description>

      <title>The Relationship Between Glass Ceiling Syndrome And Personel Inertia Dungeon: An Emprical Study</title>

      <description>The main purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between glass ceiling syndrome and personal inertia dungeon. The questionnaire was used as a data collection method. The survey was distributed staff who work in Oniki Şubat Municipality in Kahramanmaraş by hand, totaly 168 questionnaires were reached. Findings were evaluated in SPSS 21 programme. Frequency, correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. As a result of correlation analysis revealed positive and meaningful relationship between glass ceiling syndrome and personal inertia dungeon. In addition, regression analysis shows that glass ceiling syndrome has a 3.4% effect on the personal inertia dungeon</description>

      <description>The main purpose of this study is to determine whether organizational culture is effective on organizational trust.For this reason, the study has been designed as an interactive model. The universe of the research constitutes the personnel of all private hospitals in the health sector in Kahramanmaras province. The study group of the study has been composed of 408 participants. The "organizational culture scale" developed by Deshpande et all. (1993) and the "organizational trust scale" adapted to Turkish by Altuntaş and Baykal (2010) were used to obtain data in the research. SPSS 21.0 statistical data program was used for statistical analysis of the data. As a result of this research, it has been concluded that organizational culture has a positive correlation with low level on organizational trust in terms of statistical. In addition, it shows that organizational culture has a positive effect with ratio 12.3% on organizational trust. As a result of this research, a judgment has been reached that the studies that will be carried out for the organizational culture can increase the organizational trust.</description>

      <description>&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;The overall goal of this study is to determine if there is any relation in the organizational deviation behaviors of information management. The study was designed as a relational model because it was intended to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational knowledge management perceptions and subdimensions and organizational deviance behaviors and dimensions. The universe of the study is composed of 19.864 personnel who work in 357 enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector with a medium-sized enterprise status in Gaziantep. The research group is composed of 382 participants representing the main universe. The "information management scale" developed by Churchill (1979) and used by Lee, Lee and Kong (2005) and the "Organizational Deviation Scale" developed by Robinson and Bennett (1995) were used in the research to obtain data. SPSS 21.0 program was used for statistical analysis of data. According to the findings, it is seen that there is a significant negative correlation between the knowledge management and organizational deviation behaviors statistically at low level. With this result, it has been concluded that the studies on knowledge management can reduce the organizational deviation behaviors.</description>
