Abstract
Bir toplumun gelişmesi, o toplumun kültür seviyesinin gelişmesine bağlıdır. Kültürün yaşatılması ve gelişmesi toplumu oluşturan kişilerin milli değerlerine sahip çıkmalarıyla olur. Geçmiş ile gelecek arasında bir köprü olan en önemli unsurlardan biride kılık kıyafettir. Teknolojik gelişmelere rağmen bugün Kastamonu ’nun çeşitli ilçelerinde, gelinlik olarak giyilen üç etek giysiler kullanılmaktadır. Milli zenginlik kaynağımız olan el emeği göz nuru kıyafetlerin bilinmeyen yönlerini ortaya çıkartıp gelecek nesillere aktarmak için bu konu ele alınmıştır.

Development of a society. İt depends on the development of the cultural level of the society. The survival and development of culture is possible when the people who make up the society protect their national values. One of the most important elements, which is a bridge between the past and the future, is attire. Despite technological developments, three skirt garments worn as wedding dresses are used in various districts of Kastamonu today. This subject has been discussed in order to reveal the unknown aspects of handcrafted clothes, which are our national wealth of wealth, and transfer them to future generations.
