TÜRKİYE’DE FLÜT ÖĞRETİMİNDE KULLANILAN ÖĞRETİM YÖNTEMLERİ VE BU YÖNTEMLERİN KONULARA GÖRE KULLANIM DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; Türkiye’de flüt eğitimcilerinin flüt öğretimi yaparken tercih ettikleri öğretim yöntemlerini ve bu yöntemlerin konulara göre kullanım düzeylerini belirleyerek ortaya koymaktır. Bu doğrultuda, flüt öğretiminin belli başlı konularını belirlemek için dünyada ve Türkiye’de kullanılan flüt öğretim programları görsel ve yazılı kaynaklardan incelenmiş ve konular Talim Terbiye Kurulunun 08.12.2006/392 tarih ve sayılı kararı ile kabul edilen ve 2006-2007 yılında eğitim-öğretim yılında yürürlüğe konan “Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi (GSL) Flüt Dersi Öğretim Programı”ndan seçilmiştir. Araştırma, öğretim yöntemlerinin flüt öğretiminde tercih edilme durumunun belirlenmesi, bu yolla flüt öğretimi ve müzik eğitimi alanında öğretim yöntemleri konusundaki çeşitliliğe ve karmaşıklığa cevap bulunması, bundan sonra yapılacak olan araştırmalara yeni ipuçları vermesi ve bunların yanı sıra bu alanda konuyla ilgili ilk araştırma olması açısından önemlidir. Araştırmada; Türkiye’de flüt öğretimi yapan eğitimcilerin öğretim yöntemlerini ne düzeyde tercih ettiklerini belirlemek için anket formları hazırlanmış ve uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen verilerin analizi SPSS yazılımı ile yapılmış, frekans ve yüzde değerleri ile tablolar oluşturularak yorumlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak flüt öğretiminde 2 si özel 7si genel olmak üzere toplam 9 farklı öğretim yönteminin kullanıldığı ve bu 9 yöntemin seçilen 11 konunun öğretiminde 67 flüt eğitimcisi tarafından ne düzeyde tercih edildiği belirlenmiştir. Eğitimcilerin tarih içerikli konuların öğretiminde kullandıkları, klasikleşen yöntemlerin modern yöntemlerle desteklenmesi, çalgı eğitimindeki bire-bir ders yapma uygulamasından dolayı az tercih edilen işbirlikli öğretim yöntemi ve akran çalışmalarının çok sık olmasa da tercih edilmesi önerilmiştir. Uygulama içeren çalgı çalma tekniklerine yönelik konuların tüm dünyada olduğu gösteri demonstrasyon ve çalışma-çalıştırma yöntemleri ile yürütülmektedir. Yine burada konser, workshop gibi etkinliklere yönelik gezi, gözlem ve inceleme yapılmasına daha çok imkân verilmesinin öğretimin etkisini artıracağı düşünülmektedir. Öğretim yöntemlerinin çeşitliliği dersi tekdüzelikten kurtaracağı için bu yolla öğrencinin daha çok odaklanması sağlanabilir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine both the preffered teaching methods and their level of usage according to the topics by flute teachers in Turkey. For this purpose, different curriculums which are used for teaching flute all over the world were examined by the literature review. And the topics were selected from the “High School of Fine Arts Flute Lesson Curriculum”. The research is important in terms of determining the preference of teaching methods in flute teaching, answering the diversity and complexity of teaching methods in flute teaching education, giving new clues to future research and being the first research in this field. In the research; survey forms were prepared and applied in order to determine the usage levels of the preffered teaching methods. The analysis of the data obtained from the applied surveys was made with SPSS and given by tables with frequency and percentage values. As a result, it has been determined a total of 9 teaching methods (2 specific and 7 general methods ) preferred by 67 flute educators and used in flute teaching for teaching 11 selected subjects. It is recommended that the methods used for teching the historical contents to be supported by modern methods. And due to the one-to-one practices of instrument education, it also suggested that the less preferred method of collaborative teaching and peer studies can be preferred more often. As it seen in the results; the demonstration method is the mostly used teaching method for teaching the subjects of the playing techniques as it is also be all over the world. And it is reccommended to support this topics with the field trip method because observing and examining the events by the help of excursions such as concerts and workshops will increase the impact of teaching.
