Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık çalışanlarının sergilediği duygusal emeğin, çalışanların tükenmişlik seviyelerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini Sivas Numune Hastanesi’nde görev yapan 2051 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmaya katılmak için gönüllü olan 356 çalışandan veri toplanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak iki ölçek ve bir de kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Ölçekler; duygusal emek ölçeği ile tükenmişlik ölçeğidir. Verilerin analizi SPSS programında yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların dağılımını, duygusal emek ve tükenmişlik seviyelerini belirlemek için frekans analizi ve tanımlayıcı analizler yapılmıştır. Duygusal emek ve alt boyutlarının tükenmişlik ve alt boyutları üzerinde etkisini ölçmek için çoklu ve basit regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda duygusal emeğin sağlık çalışanlarının tükenmişliğine etki ettiği görülmüştür.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of emotional labor displayed by healthcare workers on the burnout levels of employees. The universe of the research consists of 2051 healthcare professionals working in Sivas Numune Hospital. Data were collected from 356 employees who volunteered to participate in the study. Two scales and a personal information form were used as data collection tools. Scales; emotional labor scale and burnout scale. The analysis of the data was done in SPSS program. Frequency analysis and descriptive analyzes were conducted to determine the distribution of participants, emotional labor and burnout levels. Multiple and simple regression analyzes were conducted to measure the effect of emotional labor and its sub-dimensions on burnout and its sub-dimensions. As a result of the study, it was seen that emotional labor affects burnout of healthcare workers.
