Abstract
Kentsel dönüşüm süreçlerinde karşılaşılan finansman problemlerinin tespit edilebilmesi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmamızın ilk bölümünde çalışmanın genel taslağı ve çalışma süreçlerine yer verilmektedir. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise kentsel dönüşümü konu alan yerli ve yabancı alan yazında yer alan çalışmalar incelenecektir. Çalışmalardan elde edilen bilgiler “ne, nerede, ne zaman, ne amaçla ve kim tarafından” sorularına cevap olacak şekilde incelecektir. Ayrıca çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar özetlenecektir. Çalışmamızın üçüncü bölümünde kentsel dönüşüm kavramı, kentsel dönüşüm süreçleri, kentsel dönüşüm paydaşları, Türkiye ve dünyada kentsel dönüşüm tarihi, kentsel dönüşümde karşılaşılan problemler, kentsel dönüşüme katkı sağlayan ulusal-uluslararası aktörler ve kentsel dönüşümde karşılaşılan finansman problemleri gibi konular hakkında genel bilgilere yer verilecektir. Çalışmamızın dördüncü bölümünde ise elde edilen bilgilerin paylaşılacağı sonuç ve öneriler kısmıyla ise çalışma sonuçlandırılacaktır.

Abstract
The first part of this study, which was conducted in order to determine the financing problems encountered in urban transformation processes, includes the general draft and working processes of the study.
