Abstract
Bu çalışma İnsan Hakları perspektifinin geliştirilmesinde eleştirel medya okuryazarlığı eğitiminin önemine odaklanmaktadır. Gündelik yaşamda toplumsalın enformasyon havuzunu oluşturan kitlesel medyanın yayın politikasının güç ve iktidar bağlamlı dili, toplumsal uzamda İnsan Hakları’nın ihlal edilmesine yol açmaktadırr. Egemen yapılara eklemli kitlesel medya, toplumsal uzamda dezavantjlı gruplara karşı nefret söylemini körükleyen, şiddeti, ırkçılığı, homofobik söylemleri pekiştiren yayın yapmakta, daha eşitlikti toplumun yaratılmasında bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Kitlesel medya eşitlikçi kamusal söylem oluşturmaktan ziyade, hiyerarşik toplumsal örgütlenmeyi teşvik etmekte, “biz ve ötekiler” ayrımcı dili ile toplumsal alanda çatışmayı körüklemektedir. Bu nedenle toplumsal huzurun ve demokratik toplumun inşası için medya alanına karşı bilinçli yurttaşların gerekliliği önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda kitlesel medyanın yayın politikasına karşı bilinçli yurttaşların varlığı İnsan Hakları perspektifinin gelişmesine katkı sağlayacaktır. Yurttaşlık hakkı bağlamında bireylere verilecek eleştirel medya okuryazarlığı eğitimi, medya alanına eleştirel bakabilen, eşitlikçi toplumu arzulayan; ayrımcılığı, şiddeti, nefreti, cinsiyetçi söylemleri körüyleyen medyaya karşı baskı uygulayan yurttaşların oluşmasına katkı sağlayacaktır.

Abstract
This study focuses on the importance of critical media literacy education in the development of the Human Rights perspective. The publication of the mass media, which constitutes the social information pool in everyday life, leads to the violation of Human Rights in the social and political context, which is power and hegemony. The mass media with the sovereign structure are publishing a publication that reinforces violence, racism, homophobic discourses that fuel the discourse of hatred against disadvantaged groups in society, and it presents a challenge as a problem in the creation of more equality society. The mass media, rather than creating egalitarian public discourses, encourage hierarchical social organization, fueling conflict in the social space with the "we and others" discriminatory language. For this reason, the necessity of conscious citizens towards the field of media is important for the construction of social peace and democratic society. In this context, the existence of conscious citizens against the mass media publication policy will contribute to the development of the Human Rights perspective. Critical media literacy education to be given to individuals in the context of citizenship right, desire for an egalitarian society that can take a critical look at the media field; discrimination, violence, hatred, gender discrimination, and pressure on the media.
