Abstract
İbn-i Miskeveyh Ahlak Felsefesi alanında tanınmış olmakla birlikte, onun ahlak temelli bir siyaset felsefesi oluşturma ve politik anlamda bir parçası olduğu yaşadığı dönemin toplumsal ve politik sorunlara çözüm bulma arayışında olduğu da görülmektedir. Miskeveyh, Hicri IV. yüzyılın İran’ının çoğulcu ve kaotik toplum yapısında bireyden topluma, idareciden ilahi düzene uzanan bir varlık ekseninde insani değerleri İslami değerlerle felsefe aracılığı ile bir araya getirmektedir. O dönemi itibariyle yasanın hâkimiyetine dayalı ve insani değer ve erdemlerden temellenen rasyonel bir toplumu ve politik idareyi Aristo’nun çizgisini takip ederek oluşturmak istemekte, toplumun farklı kesimlerini birlikte kapsayabilecek ve umumi barışı temin edecek makul bir politik zemini ahlakın genelleştirilmesi ve içselleştirilmesi üzerinden inşaya çabalamaktadır. Miskeveyh ahlakla siyaset arasındaki ilişkiyi ontolojik bir bağlamda kurmaktadır. Günümüz İslam Dünyasının uzunca bir süredir karşı karşıya olduğu derin sosyal, kültürel ve politik krizler göz önüne alındığında Miskeveyh’in rasyonalite ile psikoloji ve ahlak disiplinlerini bir araya getirerek İslam’ı toplumsal yaşamın aktüel durumunu ifade eden siyaset üzerinden anlamaya çalışması önem kazanmaktadır.

Abstract
Ibn-i Miskawayh who was well-known in the field of moral philosophy, he had seeks a solution to social and political problems by that his moral-based political philosophy. Miskawayh combines the human values with Islamic values through philosophy on that axis of the existence which is reaches from individual to the ruler of the divine organization in the pluralistic and chaotic society of Iran's AH IV. century. He wants to the create a rational society that based on human values and virtue and political administration that based on the dominance of the Islamic law by following the line of Aristotle and strives to construct a reasonable political common ground that can incorporate different parts of the society and will provide a public peace through the generalization and internalization of the morality. Miskeveyh establishes the relationship between ethics and politics in an ontological context. Given the profound social, cultural and political crisis in which the present Islamic world is facing a prolonged period, it is important that Miskeveyh attempts to understand Islam through politics that expresses the current state of social life by bringing together the rationality and psychology and ethics disciplines.
