Abstract
Deniz ticareti birçok sistem ve yapıyı bünyesinde bulunduran ve ülkelerin ekonomik gelişmelerinde öncü olarak işleyen bir faaliyetler bütünüdür. Artan küresel rekabet şartları, birçok sektörde olduğu gibi denizcilik alanında da oldukça yoğun bir şekilde hissedilmektedir. Bunun en belirgin örneklerinden birisi de liman işletmelerinde yaşanmaktadır. Bu nedenlerden dolayı artan rekabet ortamında limanlar başarılı olabilmeye yönelik çeşitli planlama ve uygulamalarda bulunmaktadırlar. Bu uygulamalardan birisi de Ulaştırma Denizcilik ve Haberleşme Bakanlığı bünyesinde yürütülen Yeşil Liman Projesi dir. Yapılan çalışma ile Türkiye’deki liman tesislerinin yeşil liman projesi kapsamında sağlamaları gereken şartlar ortaya konularak, bu konuda öncelik verilmesi gereken noktalar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışmada DEMATEL yönteminin uygulandığı bir metodoloji oluşturularak kriterler arasındaki önem dağılımları ve ilişkiler analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre liman tesislerinin yeşil liman projesi kapsamında yerine getirmeleri gereken ilk önceliğin “Liman İşletmesi, insan sağlığı üzerinde zararlı etkiye neden olan ve fosil yakıtlar ile çalışan araçlar yerine, çevre dostu teknolojiye sahip, yenilenebilir enerji ile hareket eden araçlar kullanılması” olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
Maritime trade is a whole set of activities that are pioneering in the economic development of countries with many systems and structures have been contained within itself. Increasing global competition conditions are concretely very intensely in the maritime field as it is in many other sectors. One of the most significant instance of this is the port management sectors. So, in an increasingly competitive environment, port sector is involved in a variety of planning and practices to be successful. One of these applications is the green port project, which is carried out within the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications in Turkey. With this study clarifies the conditions required to provide port facilities covered by green port project in Turkey, the points to be given priority in this regard has been determined. For this purpose, a methodology in which the DEMATEL method was applied in the study, the importance distributions and the relations between the criteria were analyzed. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that the first priority of the port facilities to fulfill within the green port project is "Port Authority, using environmentally friendly technology, vehicles that use renewable energy instead of fossil fuels, which cause harmful effects on human health".
