Abstract
Öldürmeyen acı bireyi güçlendirir mi? Bu acı fiziksel yanımızı mı yoksa psikolojik yanımızı mı güçlendiriyor? Kötü hiçbir etkisi ve eseri insanda kalmıyor mu? Acılar her zaman güçlendirmez hatta yaşayan ölülere çevirebilir. İnsanoğlunun hikâyesi daha ilk başta ayrılığın (Âdem-Havva), şiddetin (Kabil-Habil), intiharın (Yeni Kurnei), zulmün (Firavun-Musa), doğal felaketlerin (Pompei-Hz.Lut) ve savaşın (Sümer-Akad) yol açtığı dayanılmaz acıların hikâyesidir. Bugünün dünyasında yaşayan bir insan, ömründe birden fazla travmatik olay yaşaması muhtemeldir. Bu çalışmada; gözlemlenen olgulardan çıkarılan varsayımlara dayalı olarak, farklı deneyimlemler sonunda varılan sınamalar sonucu oluşturulan yeni bir teori deneyimidir. Yapılan gözlemler ve teorik okumlar sonucunda; travma deneyimi geçiren ve akut stres belirtisinden ileri bir yaşantı deneyimleyen her bireyde bir normal “BEN”, bir de travmatik “BEN” yapısının oluştuğunu gözlemlendi. Bu iki “BEN” günlük yaşantıda birbirlerine bulaşarak rahatsızlık doğurduğu ve birbirlerini baskılayarak bir yaşantı çeşitlemesi oluşturduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu olgular doğurgusunda varılan nokta; travma yaşantısına mustarip olan bireylerde birbirinin aynı gibi gözüken (Çift Sarılı Yumurta gibi…), fakat fonksiyonel olarak birbirinin aynı işlevi görmeyen ikili bir kişiliğin oluştuğunu söyleyebiliriz. Bu nedenle bu çift yapıyı tanımlama ve travma çalışmalarına yeni bir ışık tutabilme adına yeni bir teori sunumuna çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Will the unbearable pain strengthen the individual? Does this pain strengthen our physical side or our psychological side? Do not you have any bad effects and your work remains inside? Sufferings do not always strengthen, they can even translate into living standards. The story of mankind is the story of the beginning of separation (Adam-Eve), violence (Kabul-Abel), suicide (New Kurnei), persecution (Pharaoh- Moses), natural disasters (Pompeii- Saint Lute) and war (the Sumerian-Akkadian) is the story of the unbearable pain they caused. A person living in today's world is likely to have more than one traumatic event in their life. In this study; based on the assumptions derived from the observed events, is a new theory experience that is the result of the trials that come at the end of different experiences. As a result of observations and theoretical readings; it was observed that a normal "I" and a traumatic "I" structure were observed in every individual who had a trauma experience and experienced a life beyond advanced symptoms of acute stress. These two "I" have been observed to infect each other in daily life, causing discomfort and creating a variety of life experiences by suppressing each other. The point reached in these events is; we can say that individuals who suffer from the trauma experience have a dual personality that looks the same (like a Double-Wrapped Egg...) but does not functionally function in the same way. For this reason, this pair has been tried to present a new theory in order to shed new light on the identification and trauma studies.
