Akıllı muhasebe teknolojileri, işletmelerin finansal verileri doğru ve hızlı bir şekilde yönetmesine olanak tanırken, sürdürülebilir finansal yönetim anlayışıyla da uyumlu hale getirmektedir. Muhasebede Yapay zekâ (YZ) finansal süreçleri optimize ederek uzun vadeli başarılar sağlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın amacı dijital çağda sürdürülebilir finansal yönetimi destekleyen akıllı muhasebe uygulamaları ve YZ’nin rolünü özetlemektir. Akıllı muhasebe sistemleri, geleneksel muhasebe süreçlerine kıyasla daha hızlı ve hatasız işlem yapmayı, yenilikçi çözümler sunmayı gerçekleştirirken YZ destekli yazılımlar, gelir-gider analizlerini otomatikleştirerek finansal tabloların anlık olarak oluşturulmasını ve güncellenmesini gerçekleştirebilmektedir. Bulut tabanlı muhasebe programları, işletmelerin verilerine her yerden erişebilmesine olanak tanırken, blockchain teknolojisi ile güvenli ve şeffaf finansal kayıtlar oluşturulabilmektedir. Ayrıca, makine öğrenimi algoritmaları geçmiş finansal verileri analiz edilerek geleceğe yönelik tahminler yapılmasını mümkün hale getirmektedir. Sürdürülebilir finansal yönetimin, işletmelerin uzun vadeli finansal yapısını koruyabilmesi için ekonomik, çevresel ve sosyal faktörleri de göz önünde bulundurması gerekmektedir. Akıllı muhasebe teknolojileri, sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine ulaşmada önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu teknolojilerin kullanımı ile otomatik gider analizleri yapılmakta, tahminleme sistemleri ile işletmelerin gereksiz harcamaları azaltılarak kaynaklarını daha verimli kullanması sağlanabilmektedir. Ek olarak karbon ayak izinin azaltılması, finansal süreçlerin hızlandırılması ve çevre dostu yatırımların takibi de yapılabilmektedir. Akıllı muhasebe teknolojileri, sürdürülebilir finansal yönetimin temel taşlarından biri haline gelmiştir. Dijitalleşen finansal süreçler sayesinde işletmeler, daha verimli, güvenilir ve sürdürülebilir bir finans yönetimi sağlayarak rekabet avantajı elde edebilmektedirler. Sürdürülebilir finansal yönetimi destekleyen akıllı muhasebe uygulamalarının ve YZ’nin, mevcut süreçleri dikkate alındığında, gelecekte işletmelerin finansal süreçlerini optimize etme ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedeflerine ulaşma yolunda daha fazla fırsata sahip olacağı öngörülmektedir. |

Smart accounting technologies allow businesses to manage financial data accurately and quickly, while also aligning it with the concept of sustainable financial management. Artificial intelligence (AI) in accounting optimizes financial processes and provides long-term success. In this context, the aim of the study was to summarize the role of smart accounting applications and AI in supporting sustainable financial management in the digital age While smart accounting systems provide faster and more error-free transactions and innovative solutions compared to traditional accounting processes, AI-supported software can automate income-expense analysis and instantly create and update financial statements. Cloud-based accounting programs allow businesses to access their data from anywhere, while blockchain technology can create secure and transparent financial records. In addition, machine learning algorithms make it possible to analyze past financial data and make predictions for the future. Sustainable financial management should also take into account economic, environmental and social factors in order for businesses to maintain their long-term financial structure. Smart accounting technologies play an important role in achieving sustainability goals. With the use of these technologies, automatic expense analyses are performed, and with forecasting systems, unnecessary expenses can be reduced and businesses can use their resources more efficiently. In addition, carbon footprint reduction, acceleration of financial processes and monitoring of environmentally friendly investments can be performed. Smart accounting technologies have become one of the cornerstones of sustainable financial management. Thanks to digitalized financial processes, businesses can gain a competitive advantage by providing more efficient, reliable and sustainable financial management. Considering the current processes of smart accounting applications and AI that support sustainable financial management, it is predicted that businesses will have more opportunities to optimize their financial processes and achieve sustainable development goals in the future. |
