Abstract
Tarih boyunca hemen bütün milletler kendi içindekiler veya temasta bulundukları diğer milletlerle ilgili tanımlamadan aşağılamaya, yiyeceklerden giyinişlere varıncaya kadar geniş bir yelpazade farklı kelime ve ifadeler türetmişlerdir. Bu araştırmada Türklerle ilgili Almanca, İngilizce ve Fransızca olmak üzere üç Batı Avrupa dilinde Türklerle ilgili kelime ve ifadeler derlenmiştir. Çalışmada nitel aratırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi ve tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Almancada Türklerle ilgli 74, İngilizcede 18 ve Fransızcada 48 kelime veya ifade listelenmiştir. Diğer yandan Türkiye Türkçesinde ise Almanlarla ilgili 15, İngilizlerle ilgili 25 ve Fransızlarla ilgili 44 madde toplanmıştır. Toplamda anılan Batı Avrupa dillerinde 141 ve Türkiye Türkçesinde onlarla ilgili 84 madde derlenmiştir. Anılan dillerdeki derlenen kelime veya ifadeler bir listeyle verilmiştir. Listeler tarafsız, negatif ve pozitif şeklinde tasnif edilmiştir. Ayrıca hem Batı Avrupa dillerindeki hem de Türkiye Türkçesindeki kelime ve ifadeler tematik olarak da tasnif edilmiştir. Listeler ve tematif tasniflerden elde edilen sonuçlar grafiklerle gösterilmiş ve tarafsız bir şekilde yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Throughout history, almost all nations have coined a wide range of different words and expressions, from descriptions to insults, from food to clothing, about their own people or other nations they come into contact with. In this research, words and expressions about Turks were compiled in three Western European languages: German, English and French. Document analysis and scanning methods, which are qualitative research methods, were used in the study. As a result of the study, 74 words or expressions related to Turks were listed in German, 18 in English and 48 in French. On the other hand, in Turkey Turkish, 15 articles about Germans, 25 articles about English and 44 articles about French were collected. In total, 141 articles in the mentioned Western European languages and 84 articles related to them in Turkey Turkish were compiled. The compiled words or expressions in the mentioned languages are given in a list. The lists are classified as neutral, negative and positive. In addition, words and expressions in both Western European languages and Turkey Turkish have been classified thematically. The results obtained from the lists and thematic classifications are shown with graphics and an attempt is made to interpret them objectively.
