Eğitim, toplumların ilerlemesi ve bireylerin bilgi, beceri ve değerlerini geliştirmesi için temel bir taşıyıcıdır. Teknolojinin hızlı gelişimi, eğitim alanında da büyük değişikliklere yol açmış ve eğitim teknolojileri, modern eğitim sisteminin vazgeçilmez bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Bu teknolojiler, öğrencilerin daha etkili bir şekilde öğrenmelerine yardımcı olurken öğretmenlere de dersleri daha verimli bir şekilde yönlendirme imkânı sunmaktadır. Bu teknolojilerden biri de akıllı tahtalardır. Akıllı tahtalar, geleneksel tahtaların yerini alarak öğretim yöntemlerini dönüştürmüş ve öğrencilerin öğrenme deneyimini zenginleştirmiştir. Bu bağlamda, akıllı tahtalar, sınıf içi eğitimde önemli bir role sahiptir. Bu makalede sınıf öğretmenlerinin bakış açısıyla eğitimde akıllı tahta kullanımının avantajları ve dezavantajları ele alınmaktadır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması modeli kapsamında olan çalışmada Batman ili merkez ilçesinde halen gören yapan 15 sınıf öğretmeni ile yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler MAXQDA programı kullanılarak içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıfta akıllı tahta kullanmanın yararları konusunda en sık tekrarladıkları kodun etkileşimli ders anlatımı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bunu yanında öğretmenler etkileşimli ders işlemenin öğrencilerin bakış açısını geliştirme ve öğrenme isteğini canlı tutmada oldukça faydalı olduğunu bu sayede derslerin daha eğlenceli hale geldiğini ve bu durumun öğretimde kalıcılığı artırdığını vurgulamışlardır. Öğretmenlerin akıllı tahtaların en önemli dezavantajının teknik donanım gerektirmesi olduğunu vurguladıkları belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenler ayrıca akıllı tahtanın maliyetli bir materyal olduğunu ayrıca her öğretmenin bunu kullanacak beceride olamayabileceğini ve öğrencilerinde akıllı tahtaya yönelik tutumlarını farklı olabileceğini belirtmişlerdir. |

Education is a fundamental carrier for the progress of societies and the development of individuals' knowledge, skills and values. The rapid development of technology has led to major changes in the field of education, and educational technologies have become an indispensable part of the modern education system. While these technologies help students learn more effectively, they also offer teachers the opportunity to direct lessons more efficiently. One of these technologies is smart boards. Smart boards have replaced traditional boards, transforming teaching methods and enriching students' learning experience. In this context, smart boards have an important role in classroom education. This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using smart boards in education from the perspective of classroom teachers. In the study, which is within the scope of the case study model, one of the qualitative research methods, face-to-face interviews were held with 15 primary school teachers in the central district of Batman province. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis using the MAXQDA program. At the end of the research, it was determined that the most frequently repeated code by classroom teachers regarding the benefits of using smart boards in the classroom was interactive lectures. In addition, teachers emphasized that teaching interactive lessons is very useful in improving students' perspectives and keeping their desire to learn alive, thus making lessons more fun and this increases permanence in teaching. It was determined that teachers emphasized that the most important disadvantage of smart boards is that they require technical equipment. Teachers also stated that the smart board is a costly material and that not every teacher may have the skills to use it and that their students may have different attitudes towards the smart board. |
