Abstract
Bu araştırmada, İmam Hatip Ortaokulu öğretmenlerinin teknoloji yönetimi yeterliliklerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Gaziantep ili Şahinbey ilçesinde bulunan İmam Hatip ortaokullarında görev yapan, çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılım sağlamış ve kolay örnekleme metodu ile belirlenmiş 188 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırma için gereken veriler araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan görüşme formu ve Deniz ve Algan (2007) tarafından geliştirilen Eğitimde Bilgi Teknolojileri Kullanımı Öz-Yeterliliği Öğretmen Değerlendirme Formu (EBTKÖ-ÖDF) gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra kullanılmıştır (Ek-2, Ek-3). Araştırma bulguları SPSS programı ile analiz edilerek şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: İmam Hatip Ortaokulu öğretmenlerinin teknoloji yönetimi yeterlilikleri “yeterliyim” düzeyindedir (x̄ = 3,47). Öğretmenlerin teknoloji yönetimi yeterlilikleri medeni durum, yaş, mesleki kıdem değişkenlerine göre farklılaşmamaktadır. Cinsiyet değişkeninde erkekler, öğrenim durumu değişkeninde ise yüksek lisans mezunlarının lehine olacak şekilde öğretmenlerin bilgi teknolojisi kullanımına dair yeterliliklerinin farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
In this research, it is aimed to determine the technology management competencies of Imam Hatip Secondary School teachers. The study group of the study consisted of 188 teachers who worked in Imam Hatip secondary schools located in Sahinbey district of Gaziantep province, voluntarily participated in the study and were determined by an easy sampling method. October data required for the research were used after obtaining the necessary permissions from the interview form created by the researcher and the Self-Efficacy Teacher Evaluation Form for the Use of Information Technologies in Education (EBTKÖ-ÖDF) developed by Deniz and Algan (2007) (October-2, October-3). The research findings were analyzed with the SPSS program and the following conclusions were reached: The technology management competencies of Imam Hatip Secondary School teachers are at the “I am qualified” level (x = 3.47). The technology management competencies of teachers do not differ according to marital status, age, and professional seniority variables. It was found that the teachers' competencies regarding the use of information technology differed in such a way that men were in favor of the gender variable and graduate graduates were in favor of the learning status variable.
