Abstract
Eğitim ve öğretimin amaçladığı okullarda yaşanan disiplin sorunları oldukça ciddi boyutlardadır. Özellikle de öğrencilerin yaşlarıyla beraber sorunlarının da büyüdüğü orta öğretim aşamasında öğrenciler okulla olan bağlantısını koparmaya kadar götürmektedir. Yaş grubu itibariyle sorunların çözümsüz gibi geldiği bu yaş aralığındaki öğrenciler bazen çok daha ileriye gitmekte ve sorunları gerçekten içinden çıkılmaz hale getirmektedir. Çeteleşme, kötü, alışkanlıklar evden kaçma, yaralama gibi çocukların hayatlarını ciddi oranda etkileyecek sorunlar da bu kapsamın içindedir. İdareciler ve ailelerin de zaman zaman çaresiz kaldığı bu tip sorunlar sadece okullarda yaşanan birer disiplin sorunu olmaktan çıkıp toplumsal anlamda çözülmelere ve toplumsal düzene ayak uyduramayan gençler yetişmesine sebep olmaktadır.
Bu yazının amacı okullarda yaşanan disiplin sorunların kökenine inerek alternatif çözüm önerileri üretmek, yaşanan sorunların çözümüne bir nebze de olsa katkı sunmaktır. Zira orta öğretim öğrenciler için önemli bir geçiş noktasıdır. Bu noktadan itibaren hayatı ile önemli kararlar almak durumunda olan çocuklar bu sıralarda yaşadıkları sorunları gelecekteki yaşantılarına taşımak durumunda kalabilirler. Kısacası gelecekte temiz bir sayfa açmak için geçmişlerinde yaşanacak olaylar onların geleceklerini ve gelecekleri ile alacakları kararları da etkileyebilecektir.
Tüm bu sorunların yaşanmasının önüne geçebilmek adına eğitim ve öğretim kurumlarında çalışan bütün personelin işbirliği ve dayanışma içerisinde öncelikle problemler oluşmadan önlem alması; problemler oluştuktan sonra da onların kökenine inerek sorunları olabildiğince az hasarla çözebilmeyi başarmayı gerçekleştirebilmesidir. İşleyişi tam anlamıyla sağlayabilmek adına gereğinde aile desteği gereğinde profesyonel yardım ile sorunlar daha kolay çözülebilecektir.
Yazıda 90’lı yıllardan günümüze kadar yapılmış disiplin sorunları ile yapılmış araştırma sonuçları ile konu hakkında ileri sürülen savlar incelenmiş ve sorunların ve çözüm noktaları bu yazıda derlenmiştir.

Abstract
Disciplinary problems in schools where education and training are intended are quite serious. Especially in the secondary education stage, where the problems of the students grow with their age, the students lead them to break their connection with the school. Students in this age range, where the problems seem insoluble due to their age group, sometimes go much further and make the problems really inextricable. Problems that will seriously affect children's lives such as ganging up, bad habits, running away from home, and injury are also included in this scope. Such problems, for which administrators and families are also helpless from time to time, are not only disciplinary problems in schools, but also cause social disintegration and the growth of young people who cannot keep up with the social order.
The aim of this article is to go to the root of the disciplinary problems in schools, to produce alternative solutions and to contribute to the solution of the problems experienced, even if to a small extent. Secondary education is an important transition point for students. From this point on, children who have to make important decisions with their lives may have to carry the problems they have experienced at this time into their future lives. In short, the events that will happen in their past in order to open a clean slate in the future will affect their future, their future and the decisions they will take.
In order to prevent all these problems from happening, all personnel working in education and training institutions should take measures in cooperation and solidarity before problems occur; after the problems occur, they can go to their origins and achieve
solving the problems with as little damage as possible. In order to ensure the full functioning, problems can be solved more easily with family support and professional help when necessary.
In the article, disciplinary problems and research results from the 90s until today and the arguments put forward about the subject were examined and the problems and solution points were compiled in this article.
