Abstract
Allah-insan iletişimin en son ve evrensel örneği olan Kur’ân, inananlar açısından öncelikle doğru bir şekilde anlaşılmak sonra da pratiğe dönüştürülmek için gönderilmiştir. Kur’ân’ı doğru anlamanın yollarından birisi kullandığı inançla ilgili kavramları anlamaktan geçmektedir. Kur’ân hiç şüphesiz ki bir Müslüman için gerekli olan dinin inanç, ibadet ve ahlakla ilgili temel esaslarını ortaya koymuştur. Bunlar içerisinde en temel ve öncelikli olanı ise inanç esaslarıdır. İnanç esasları sağlam bir zemine oturtulmadan, sahih bir biçimde anlaşılmadan, yerine getirilecek olan ibadetler ve kuşanılacak ahlaki meziyetlerin de doğru ve sağlam olması mümkün gözükmemektedir. İnanç esaslarıyla ilgili olarak nelere inanılması gerektiğini açıkça ortaya koyan Kur’ân, bunun karşısında inançsızlık veya inkârcılık anlamına gelen durumlara karşı da mü’minin dikkatli olması gerektiğini belirtmiştir. Küfür, şirk, nifak gibi eylemler ve bu eylem tarzlarını benimseyen kâfir, müşrik ve münafıkların inanç, davranış ve toplum içerisindeki etkilerini ortaya koymuş, ahirette de nasıl bir sonuçla karşılaşacaklarını ifade etmiştir. İmanla ilgili kavramlar inanana inanç, ibadet ve ahlak alanında pozitif yönde fayda sağlarken, inkâr edenler için ise negatif bir durum arz etmektedir. Cürm ve failini ifade eden mücrim de inançla ilgili negatif özelliğe sahip olup Kur’ân’da hakkında epeyce bahsedilen kavramlardan birisidir. Cürm, Kur’ânî perspektiften bakıldığında normal bir suç ve günah anlamının ötesinde işleyeni dünyada helake götüren, ahirette de ebedi olarak cehennem azabını tatmasına sebep olan itikâdî, ameli ve ahlaki bir durumdur. Bu kavramın içeriğini, ne anlama geldiğini anlayan mü’min, sorumluluklarından birisi olan son vahyi anlamayı yerine getirmiş olacaktır. Aynı zamanda bu niteliklere sahip olan kişi, grup ve topluluklardan gelecek zararlara karşı da kendisini hem dünyevî hem de uhrevî açıdan korumuş olacaktır. Bu çalışmada inkârcı insan tipolojisini ifade eden mücrim kavramı, Kur’ân perspektifinden ele alınacaktır. Doğrudan ilişkili olduğu kavramlarla ilişkisi ortaya konulacak, inançları, davranış biçimleri, ahlaki özellikleri ve yaşadıkları toplumlara etkileri açıklanacaktır.

Abstract
The Qur'an, which is the last and universal example of God-human communication, was sent for believers to first be understood correctly and then put into practice. One of the ways to understand the Qur'an correctly is to understand the concepts related to the faith it uses. The Qur'an has undoubtedly revealed the basic principles of religion, which are necessary for a Muslim, regarding belief, worship and morality. The most basic and primary among these are the principles of belief. It does not seem possible for the prayers to be performed and the moral virtues to be acquired to be correct and sound without the fundamentals of belief being placed on a solid ground and understood properly. The Qur'an, which clearly reveals what should be believed about the principles of belief, states that a believer should be careful against situations that mean disbelief or denial. He revealed the effects of acts such as blasphemy, polytheism, and hypocrisy, and the effects of unbelievers, polytheists and hypocrites, who adopted these forms of action, in belief, behavior, and society, and expressed it with what kind of result in the Hereafter. While the concepts related to faith provide positive benefits to the believer in the fields of belief, worship and morality, they present a negative situation for the unbelievers. The criminal, who expresses the crime and its perpetrator, also has a negative feature related to belief and is one of the concepts that are mentioned a lot in the Qur'an. From the Qur'anic perspective, crime is a creed, practical and moral condition that causes the person who commits a crime and sin to perish in this world, and causes him to experience the torment of Hell eternally in the hereafter. The believer who understands the content of this concept and what it means will fulfill one of his responsibilities, the last revelation. At the same time, the person who has these qualities will protect himself from the harm that may come from groups and communities, both in the worldly and in the otherworldly way. In this study, the concept of criminal, which expresses the denier human typology, will be discussed from the perspective of the Qur'an. Its relationship with the concepts it is directly related to will be revealed, their beliefs, behavior patterns, moral characteristics and their effects on the societies they live in will be explained.
