Abstract
Araştırmada, ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin matematik öğrenmeye yönelik motivasyonlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı itibariyle Ankara ili Çankaya ilçesi Anadolu Lisesine devam eden 264 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri Matematik Öğrenmeye Yönelik Motivasyon (MÖYM) Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde parametrik testlerden olan t-testi ve ANOVA testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada, ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin matematik öğrenmeye yönelik motivasyonlarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte saptanan motivasyon düzeylerinde öğrencilerin cinsiyetlerine bağlı olarak ölçek genelinde farklılaşma görülmezken devam edilen sınıf seviyesine bağlı olarak farklılaşma olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In the research, it is aimed to examine the motivations of secondary school students for learning mathematics. As of the 2022-2023 academic year, the study group of the research constitutes 264 students attending Anatolian High School in Çankaya district of Ankara. Research data was collected with Motivation (MÖYM) Scale for Learning Mathematics. T-test and ANOVA tests, which are parametric tests, were used in the analysis of research data. In the research, it was concluded that the motivations of secondary school students for learning mathematics are high. However, it has been concluded that there is a differentiation depending on the level of the class that continues while there is no differentiation across the scale depending on the gender of the students at the determined motivation levels.
