Abstract
Bu çalışmada, ilkokullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin sergilemiş oldukları örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları araştırılmıştır. Mevcut çalışma, genel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilen betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmaya yönelik veriler, 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında Diyarbakır’ın Ergani İlçesindeki devlet ilkokullarında görev yapan öğretmenler üzerinden elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini, tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen okullarda görev yapan 242 ilkokul öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Verilerin elde edilmesi sürecinde, Polat (2007) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Ölçeği” aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Ölçek; beş alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Verilerin analizi SSPS 24.00 aracılığıyla yapılmıştır. Analiz sürecinde aritmetik ortalama, t test, tek yönlü varyans analizi testi gibi istatistiksel tekniklerden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; katılımcıların, ölçeğin tamamına ilişkin algılarının aritmetik ortalama kapsamındaki değerin “x̄=3,73” (yüksek düzey) olduğu görülmüştür. Diğer bir taraftan; örgütsel vatandaşlık ölçeği kapsamında öğretmen görüşlerinin cinsiyet, yaş, görev yaptığı okuldaki hizmet süresi değişkenleri bağlamında anlamlı farklılık göstermemiş olduğu; öğretmenlik süresi değişkeni bağlamında ise anlamlı farklılık göstermiş olduğu saptanmıştır. Diğer bir taraftan, ilkokul öğretmenlerinin “Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Ölçeği”nin “centilmenlik” alt boyutuna yönelik algılarının “düşük” düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırma sonucundan hareketle; öğretmenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık algılarının yükseltilmesine ilişkin semineler yapılması ve diğer eğitim ve öğretim kademelerinde de benzer çalışmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.

Abstract
In this study, organizational citizenship behaviors exhibited by teachers working in primary schools were investigated. The present study is a descriptive study conducted through the general survey model. The data related to the research were obtained from the teachers working in public primary schools in Ergani District of Diyarbakır in the 2022/2023 academic year. The sample of the study consisted of 242 primary school teachers working in schools selected by random sampling method. In the process of obtaining the data, the “Organizational Citizenship Scale” developed by Polat (2007) was used. The scale consists of five sub-dimensions. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 24.00 program. Statistical techniques such as arithmetic mean, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance were utilized in the analysis process. Obtained results of the research indicate that the arithmetic mean value of the participants' perceptions of the whole scale was “x̄=3.73” (high level). Within the scope of organizational citizenship scale, it was determined that the views of teachers did not differ significantly in terms of gender, age, and the length of service in the school they work in; on the other hand, it was found that there was a significant difference regarding the variable of overall teaching service time. On the other hand, it was determined that primary school teachers' perceptions of the sportsmandship sub-dimension of the Organizational Citizenship Scale were “low” level. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested to conduct seminars on increasing teachers' perceptions of organizational citizenship and to carry out similar studies in other education levels.
