Abstract
Bu projenin amacı programdan kaynaklanan öğretim liderliği sorunlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini incelemek ve konunun derinlemesine bir analizini yapmaktır. Proje hazırlanırken nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması deseninden yararlanılacak olup bu çalışmaya kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen farklı branşlardan seçilmiş olan toplam 20 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından ilgili alan yazına ve uzman görüşlerine dayalı olarak geliştirilmiş olan yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri içerik analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Buna göre programlarda değiştirilmesi gereken ilk üç şeyin “müfredat, öğrenci seviyesine uygunluk ve gereksiz ayrıntılar” olduğu, programlara “bireysellik, özgünlük ve işlev” faktörlerinin eklenmesi gerektiği, öğretmenlerin motivasyonu ile programlar arasında bir ilişki olduğu ve öğrencilerin olumlu yöndeki gelişmelerinin öğretmenleri de olumlu yönde etkilediği, programların öğrenci başarısında direkt olarak etki etiği, teknolojik programlar ile yeni teknolojik gelişmeler tam olarak örtüşmediği, uygulanan programların sık sık değişmesinin eğitim ve öğretimi olumsuz olarak etkilediği ve uygulanmakta olan programların, öğrencilerin yaşam becerilerine katkı sağlama açısından yeterli olmadığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this project is to examine the views of teachers about the teaching leadership problems arising from the program and to make an in-depth analysis of the subject. While preparing the project, qualitative research method and case study design will be used, and a total of 20 teachers, selected from different branches determined by the easily accessible sampling method, participated in this study. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher based on the relevant literature and expert opinions was used to collect the research data. Research data were analyzed by content analysis technique. According to the results of the research, the first three things that need to be changed in the programs are "curriculum, suitability for the level of the student and unnecessary details", that the factors of "individuality, originality and function" should be added to the programs, there is a relationship between the motivation of the teachers and the programs, and that the positive developments of the students also affect the teachers. It is seen that the programs have a positive effect on student success, that the technological programs do not fully overlap with the new technological developments, that the frequent changes in the applied programs affect the education and training negatively, and that the programs being implemented are not sufficient to contribute to the life skills of the students.
