Determine spiritual care and anxiety levels of the nursing students. Personal Information Form, Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale, and State Anxiety Inventory were employed to gather the data. The anxiety mean score was higher in those who did not provide spiritual care compared to those who provided spiritual care and in those who did not have knowledge about spiritual care compared to those who had. Spirituality and spiritual care are suggested to be included into the nursing curricula in order for nursing students to comprehend spiritual care. It is also suggested to provide holistic nursing care practices throughout their education, increase spiritual awareness of nurses by providing in-service trainings in work environments after graduation, and support them with practices reducing their anxiety.
