Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaöğretim düzeyindeki okullarda bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanım durumunun, eğitimde BİT kullanımıyla ilgili performans göstergelerine göre belirlenmesi; ve öğretmenlerin bilgisayar öz-yeterlik algılarının ve BİT görüşlerinin incelenmesidir.
Araştırmanın Verilerinin analizi SPSS 22 programı ile yapılmıştır. Motivasyon Ölçeği ve alt boyut puanlarının demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterme durumu Bağımsız Gruplar t ve ANOVA testleri ile incelenmiştir.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Katılımcıların Eğitimde Bilişim Teknolojileri Kullanımı ve Yeterlilik algısı ortalaması 3,83±0,76’dır. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanımına ilişkin yasal ve ahlâki sorumlulukları bilme” konusunda katılımcıların çoğunluğu (%37,5) oldukça yeterli olduğunu belirtmekte iken yeterlilik düzeyleri ortalaması 3,81±1,19’dur.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the use of information technologies in secondary schools according to performance indicators related to the use of ICT in education; and examining teachers' computer self-efficacy perceptions and ICT views.
The analysis of the data of the research was made with the SPSS 22 program. Differences in Motivation Scale and sub-dimension scores according to demographic variables were examined with Independent Groups t and ANOVA tests.
According to the results of the research; The average of the participants' perception of Information Technologies Use in Education and Sufficiency is 3.83±0.76. While the majority of the participants (37.5%) stated that they were quite competent in terms of "knowing the legal and moral responsibilities regarding the use of information and communication technologies", the average of their proficiency levels was 3.81±1.19.
