Filmlerde Kadın Kostümlerinin Rokoko Dönemine Uygunluğunun İncelenmesi (The Duchess, Farewell My Queen, Love ve Friendship Örnekleri)

Abstract
İhtiyaca yönelik başlayan giyim zaman içerisinde çeşitli faktörlerden etkilenerek biçim olarak birbirinden ayrılmış ve topluluklara özgü hale gelmiştir. Kostümler bir dönemin, kültürün parçalarıdır. Geçmiş zaman diliminden günümüze bilgi aktarmaktadırlar. Tarihi bir olay, durum aktarılırken döneme ait kostümlerle desteklenmesi izleyici üzerindeki etkisini arttırabilmektedir. Kostümler seyirciye karakter hakkında önemli ipuçları vermektedir. Makyaj, peruk, maske ve takılar tamamlayıcı parçalardandır. Bir döneme ait kostüm tasarımı yapılırken, yazılı ve görsel kaynaklardan bilgiler toplanmalı, karakterle özdeşleşmelidir. Döneme uygun olmayan kostümler kültürde yozlaşmaya ve gelecek nesillere yanlış bilgi aktarılmasına neden olabilmektedir. Bu makalede kraliyet ailesi ve soylu kadınların Rokoko dönemdeki giyim kuşamları araştırılmıştır. Dönem hakkında yazılı ve görsel kaynaklar taranmıştır. The Duchess filminde Devonshire Dükü ile evli olan Georgiana Cavendish’in , Ferawell My Queen filminde Fransa Kraliçesi Marie Antoniette ve okuyucusunu Sidonie’un ve Love and Friendship filminde ise Layd Susan ve Alicia’nın giyim kuşamlarının döneme uygunluğu incelenip yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Clothing times, which started for needs, were affected by various factors and separated in form and had sections. Costumes are a period, comprehensive pieces. They convey information from the past time period to the present. A historical event can increase the audience who continue with the costumes of the period while being conveyed. Costumes give the audience important clues about the character. Make-up, wigs, masks and jewelry are complementary parts. While designing a costume for a period, it should be identified with the character, consisting of written and visual information. Costumes that are not suitable for the period may cause cultural degeneration and misinformation to future generations. The clothing of these family families and noble women in the rococo period has been researched. Written and visual sources about the period were scanned. The story of Georgiana Cavendish, who is married to the Duke of Devonshire, the Duchess house, the French Queen Marie Antoniette, where Ferawell My Queen lives, and the story of Sidonie, the reader, and Love and Friendship,
are analyzed and interpreted from the clothing period of Layd Susan and Alicia.
