Abstract
Bitcoin, Blok Zinciri teknolojisinin ilk ürünü konumundadır. 2008’de ortaya çıkan ve çıktığı günden beri piyasadaki aktörleri etkileyen Bitcoin’in para olarak tanımlanıp tanımlanamayacağı tartışma konusu olmuştur. Öte yandan araştırmacıların büyük bir kısmı asıl odak noktasının Blok Zinciri olması gerektiğini savunmaktadırlar. Finans ile teknolojinin birleşmesi (Fin – Tech) çalışmalarında, Blok Zinciri teknolojisi yeni gündem maddelerinden biri olmuştur. Yakın gelecekte Blok Zinciri teknolojisi bankacılık sektöründe ve hatta devletin özel işlemlerinde kullanılabilir hale gelecektir. Devrim niteliğindeki bu buluş ile üçüncü parti ağlar yerine demokratik bir güvenlik sağlaması yapılacaktır. Bu çalışmada Bitcoin üzerinden Blok Zinciri teknolojisi açıklanmaktadır. Çalışmada objektif bir biçimde teknolojinin pozitif ve negatif yönleri analiz edilmiştir.

Abstract
Bitcoin is the first product of Block Chain technology. Bitcoin, which emerged in 2008 and has been influencing the actors in the market since day one, has been the subject of debate that can not be defined as money. On the other hand, most researchers argue that the main focus should be the Block Chain.In the fusion of finance and technology (Fin - Tech), Block Chain technology has become one of the new agenda items. In the near future, Block Chain technology will become available in the banking sector and even in government-specific transactions. With this revolutionary invention, democratic security will be provided instead of third party networks. In this study, Block Chain technology is explained via Bitcoin. In the study, the positive and negative aspects of the technology were analyzed in an objective way.
