Abstract
Bir mücadele aracılığıyla birtakım toplumsal avantajlar elde etmeyi amaçlayan toplumsal hareketler, birçok sosyal aktörün vasıtasıyla gerçekleşmektedir. Bu aktörlerden biri olarak aydın, toplumsal hareketlerin bazen öncülüğünü yapmakta bazen de mevcut olan bir hareketi görünür kılmaktadır. Uzmanlık/ bilikişilik, aydının toplumsal harekete angaje olduğunda başvurduğu temel repertuarlardan birisidir. Uzmanlık meselesi, özellikle teknik bilgi gerektiren konularda ön plana çıkmaktadır. Örneğin santral yapımı, baraj yapımına yönelik toplumsal hareketler, nükleer karşıtı toplumsal hareketler, siyanürle altın aranmasına karşı gelişen hareketler gibi çevreci hareketlerde bilirkişiliğin harekete geçirilmesi oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada amaçlanan, aydının uzmanlığını nasıl harekete geçirdiği ve sosyal hareketlere ne boyutta katkı yaptığını incelemektir. Sonuç olarak, uzmanlık bilgisi toplumsal bir hareketi hareketi görünür kılmakta, medyatikleştirmekte ve hareketin küresel/uluslararası bir görünürlüğe kavuşmasını sağlamaktadır.

Abstract
Social movements aiming to achieve certain social advantages through a struggle take place via many social actors. As one of these actors, the intellectual sometimes works as a pioneer of a movement or makes a social movement visible. Expertise is one of the basic repertoires that the intellectual refers while engaging in a social movement. The issue of expertise is at the forefront of issues that require technical knowledge. It is very essential to mobilize expertise in environmental movements such as power plant construction, social movements against dam construction, anti-nuclear movements and finally movements against the search for gold with cyanide. The purpose of this study is to examine how the intellectual’s expertise is acted and to what extent it contributes to social movements. As a result, knowledge of expertise makes a social movement visible, mediating and achieving a global/international visibility of the movement.
