İSTANBUL’DA YAZ OLİMPİYAT OYUNLARI DÜZENLENMESİNİN SPOR YÜKSEKOKULU ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN BAKIŞ AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı İstanbul kentinde düzenlenmesi planlanan yaz Olimpiyat oyunlarına Spor Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin bakış açılarını belirlemektir. Araştırmada Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu’nda eğitim gören %65,1 ‘i ( 216 ) erkek, %34,9’u kız ( 116 ) toplam 332 öğrenci gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Bu öğrencilerin %68,1’i Antrenörlük Eğitimi Bölümü,% 31,9’ u Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği bölüm öğrencisidir. Öğrencilerin%21,7’si 1. sınıf, %23,2 ‘si 2. sınıf,%32,8’ i 3. sınıf ve %22,3 ‘ü 4. sınıf öğrencisidir. Araştırma verileri 2013-2016 yılları arasında Aksaray Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerden elde edilmiştir. Verilerini elde etmek amacıyla iki bölümden oluşan 5 ‘li likert tipi anket uygulanmıştır. Birinci bölümde gönüllü katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini belirlemek için 4 soru ikinci bölümde ise beşli likert türünde 17 soru mevcuttur. Anketin iç tutarlılığını gösteren cronbach alpha değeri .74 olarak saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin %76,2’si İstanbul Olimpiyat Oyunlarının düzenlenmesi görüşünü desteklemektedir. Bu öğrencilerin %80,1’i Türk halkının büyük bir çoğunlukla Olimpiyat Oyunlarının İstanbul kentin ‘de yapılmasına sıcak bakmakta olduğu düşüncesine sahiptir. İstanbul Kenti’nin Olimpiyat düzenlemesi için çok büyük bir stratejik öneme sahip olduğu düşüncesine ‘’ tamamen katılıyorum’’ şeklinde cevap veren öğrenciler% 78,3 oranındadır. İstanbul kentinin daha önce birçok defa aday olmasının ancak oyunları bugüne kadar alamamasını aslında bir avantaj olarak gören öğrencilerin oranı %65,7 olarak saptanmıştır. Olimpiyat düzenlenmesi için mevcut hükümetlerin ‘Olimpiyat Düzenleme Kanunu’ çıkararak bu konuda Dünya’da da bir ilk olarak uygulanan Kanun çıkartılmasının Olimpiyatları alınmasında bir avantaj olarak görenlerin oranı ise %82,5 ‘dir. İstanbul’da bir Olimpiyat düzenlenecek olması Türk halkının spora bakış ve katılımı üzerinde olumlu etkisi olacaktır görüşünü destekleyenler ise % 60,9 ‘dur. Mevcut tesislerin Olimpiyat düzenlemek için yetersiz olduğu yeni tesislerin kente acilen kazandırılması görüşünde olan öğrenciler ise %75,6 ‘dır. Araştırma sonucunda spor yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin İstanbul Kenti’nde Olimpiyat düzenlemesinin gerekliliği üzerinde görüş birliği içerisinde oldukları ve Dünya’nın en büyük toplumsal olaylarından birisi olan olimpiyatların gelecekte Türkiye’de düzenlenmesi gerektiği konusunda ortak görüş sergiledikleri saptanmıştır. Olimpiyat oyunların bugüne kadar alınamamasının önündeki en büyük engelin ise nitelikli tesis sayısının eksikliğinden kaynaklandığı görüşünün ağırlık kazandığı belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the perspectives of the students of Sports College for summer Olympic games planned to be organized in İstanbul. 65,1% ( 216 ) boys, 34,9% girls (116), totally 332 students who study in the college of Physical Education and Sports College in the study attended voluntarily. 68,1% of these students are the students of the department of Coaching Training, 31,9% of the students are the students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Training. 21,7% of the students is the 1. Grade students, 23,2% of the students are 2. A grade student, 31,8% of the students is 3. Grade students and 22,3% of the students is the 4. Grade students. The survey data was obtained from the students receiving education between 2013-2016 years. 5-point Likert type questionnaire consisting of two parts was applied in order to obtain data. There are 4 questions in order to determine the demographic features of the volunteer participants in the first part, and there are 17 questions in five-point likert type n the second part. The Cronbach’s alpha value showing the internal consistency of the questionnaire was determined as .74. 76,2% of the students support the view of organising İstanbul Olympic Games.80,1% of these students think that the Turkish People overwhelmingly have been leaning towards Olympic Games to be done in İstanbul. The students who answered like “I totally agree” to the idea that Istanbul City has great strategic importance in order to organize Olympic is in the rate of 78,3%. The rate of the students who thought as an advantage about Istanbul being a candidate for many times but not taking the games till today was determined as 65,7%.By enacting “Olympic Regulation Law” by the current governments in order to organise Olympic, the rate of those who see enacting Law applied firstly in the World as an advantage on taking the Olympics is 82,5%. The rate of those who support the view of “Organising an Olympic in Istanbul will have an positive effect on the perspective and participation of Turkish People” is 60,9%. The rate of the students who have the opinion that the current facilities are insufficient in order to organize the Olympic and new facilities should be brought to the city is 75,6%. As a result of research, It was determined that the sports college students were in consensus on the necessity of organising Olympic in İstanbul City and demonstrated consensus on that the Olympics, one of the biggest social events in the world, should be organised in Turkey in the future. It was determined that the opinion that the biggest obstacle in front of not taking the Olympic games till today had been derived from the lack of the number of qualified facilities gained importance.
