Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, pandemi sürecinde okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin yaşadıkları sorunların incelenmesidir. Bu araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması deseninde kurgulanmıştır. Araştırmaya ölçüt örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen toplam 11 okul öncesi öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu ile toplanmış ve toplanan veriler içerik analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre pandemi sürecinde öğretmenlerin yaşadıkları en büyük sorunların bu süreçte yaşanan belirsizlikler ve teknolojik aletlerin yetersiz olması nedeniyle katılım sağlanamaması olduğu, bu sorunların öğretim ortamına yansıması ekrana bağımlı kalmış çocuklarda dikkat eksikliği, kavrama güçlüğü, çabuk sıkılma, etkinlikleri tamamlamada özensizlik, konsantrasyon bozukluğu, motivasyon düşüklüğü, sosyal duygusal yönden davranış bozukluklarının baş göstermesi olduğu, bu sorunların çözümü için büyük çoğunluk çocukların gelişimlerini desteklemek, sosyal, duygusal, psikomotor ve diğer gelişim ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması adına çocukların ilgi gösterdikleri etkinliklere ağırlık vererek hareketli oyunlar tercih ederek ve velilerle iletişim halinde olup gerekli uyarıları yapmak olduğu ve yaşanan bu sürecin yüz yüze eğitimin yerini tutamadığı ve olumsuz etkilenmelere sebep olduğu görülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the problems experienced by preschool teachers during the pandemic process. This research was structured in the qualitative research method and case study pattern. A total of 11 preschool teachers, determined by criterion sampling method, participated in the research. The research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form and the collected data were analyzed by content analysis technique. According to the results of the research, the biggest problems experienced by teachers during the pandemic process are the uncertainties experienced in this process and the inability to participate due to the insufficient technological tools, and the reflection of these problems in the teaching environment is lack of attention, comprehension difficulties, boredom, carelessness in completing activities, concentration disorder, motivation in children who are dependent on the screen. In order to solve these problems, the majority of children have low birth rate, social and emotional behavior disorders, to support the development of children, to meet their social, emotional, psychomotor and other development needs, by giving importance to activities that children are interested in, by choosing active games and communicating with parents and making necessary warnings. It is seen that this process cannot replace face-to-face education and causes negative effects.
