Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı pandemi döneminde branş öğretmenlerinin yaşadıkları deneyimlerin incelenmesidir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve fenomenoloji deseninde kurgulanan bu çalışmaya Akdeniz Bölgesinde büyük bir ilde bulunan öğretmenlerden bulunan liselerde görev yapan toplam 12 branş öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarının belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından ilgili alan yazına ve araştırmanın amaçlarına uygun olarak hazırlanmış yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılacaktır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Pandemi sürecinde branş öğretmenleri yaşadıkları deneyimlerin”Sabırlı olmayı öğrenmeleri”ve” Motivasyon konusunda yeni yol ve yöntemler öğrenmeleri” olduğu, bu deneyimlerin eğitim-öğretim sürecine yansımalarının “Öğrenciler için sınavlar kaldırıldıktan sonra, motivasyonun düştüğü.”,“Öğrenme kayıplarının yaşanmasına neden olduğu” ve “Bazı konuları algılamada sıkıntılar yaşandığı.” ve “Teknolojik deneyim kazanıldığı”, Öğrencilerin bu süreçten her yönden olumsuz olarak etkilendikleri ve sosyal yönden birçok eksikliğe neden olduğu görülmektedir.

Abstract
For this purpose, it is the examination of experiences in services during the pandemic period. A total of 12 branch teachers working in high schools located in a large city in the Mediterranean Region participated in this laboratory, which was designed in a qualitative research method and phenomenology pattern. The use of easy accessibility, one of the purposeful operating methods, was used to measure the achievement of the research. It is to use a semi-discarded interview formula prepared by the researcher in accordance with the relevant literature and purposes in the researchers of the research data. Descriptive analysis was used in the analysis of the data.
According to the results of the research, the experiences of branch teachers during the pandemic process are "Learning to be patient" and "Learning new ways and methods about motivation", and the reflections of these experiences on the education-teaching process are "After the exams are abolished for students, motivation decreases", "Learning losses are caused. ” and “There are difficulties in perceiving some subjects.” and "Technological experience is gained", students are negatively affected by this process in every way and it causes many social deficiencies.
