Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı temel eğitim kademesindeki (ilkokul ve ortaokul) devlet okullarında görev yapmakta olan okul yöneticilerinin teknoloji liderliği olgusuna ilişkin deneyimlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla çalışmaya 10 okul yöneticisi dahil edilmiştir. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmış ve betimsel analiz tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre katılımcıların tamamına yakını teknolojinin okullarda entegrasyonu ile ilgili sorunlar olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Bu sorunlar altyapı sorunları ve uyum sorunları olarak belirlenmiştir. Katılımcılar aldıkları önlemlere ilişkin bir görüş belirtmemişlerdir. Okullarda öğretmenlerin teknoloji entegrasyon sürecinden elde ettikleri sonuçlar başarı, motivasyon ve kolaylık olarak sıralanmıştır.

Abstract
The purpose of this research; The aim of this study is to reveal the experiences of school administrators working in public schools at the basic education level (primary and secondary school) affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the 2022-2023 academic year regarding the phenomenon of technology leadership. For this purpose, 10 school administrators were included in the study. The data were collected through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher and analyzed with descriptive analysis technique. According to the findings obtained from the research, almost all of the participants stated that there are problems with the integration of technology in schools. These problems were identified as infrastructure problems and compliance problems. Participants did not express an opinion on the measures they took. The results obtained by teachers from the technology integration process in schools are listed as success, motivation and convenience.
