Abstract
Türkiye’deki mesleki eğitimde yaşanan değişim sürecinin ortaya çıkarılması amacıyla yürütülen bu çalışma; nitel araştırma yöntemi esasına göre düzenlenerek doküman inceleme tekniği ile gerçekleştirilmiş; Google Scholar, Dergipark, Ulusal Tez Merkezi, Ulusal Akademik Ağ ve Bilgi Merkezi (ULAKBİLİM) ve çeşitli dijital ortamlardaki mesleki eğitim ile ilgili basılı ve dijital ortamda ulaşılabilen bilimsel makale, tez, konferans, bildiri, yasa, yönetmelik vb. dokümanlar kullanılmış ve mesleki eğitimde yaşanan değişim süreci nesnel bir biçimde yorumlanmıştır. Türkiye’deki mesleki eğitimde yaşanan değişim süreci Osmanlı öncesi, Osmanlı dönemi ve Cumhuriyet dönemi olarak üç başlıkta ele alınarak incelenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular sonucunda Türk toplumlarında mesleki eğitimin her zaman var olduğu ve önemsendiği, Orta Asya toplumlarında konar-göçer yaşam tarzı ve askeri esaslara göre sürdürüldüğü, Selçuklular döneminde Ahilik Teşkilatı kurularak geleneksel anlayışla mesleki eğitimin gerçekleştirildiği, Osmanlı’nın kuruluş döneminde Ahilik geleneği, kuruluş sonrasında ise Ahiliğin devamı olan Lonca Teşkilatı ile mesleki eğitimin yürütüldüğü ancak lonca geleneğinin bozulması ve dünyada gelişen şartlara ayak uydurulamaması nedeniyle 18. yüzyıldan itibaren modern mesleki eğitim için çalışmalar yapıldığı, Cumhuriyet döneminde ise ulusal politika haline getirildiği, yerli ve yabancı araştırmacılar tarafından raporlar düzenlendiği ve bu raporlar doğrultusunda şekillendirildiği ve çağın gerekliliklerine uyum sağlamak adına mesleki eğitim sisteminin sürekli revize edildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
This study, carried out with the aim of revealing the change process in vocational education in Turkey; organized on the basis of qualitative research method and carried out with document analysis technique; Google Scholar, Dergipark, National Thesis Center, National Academic Network and Information Center (ULAKBİLİM) and scientific articles, theses, conferences, papers, laws, regulations, etc. that can be accessed in print and digital media related to vocational education in various digital media. documents were used and the change process in vocational education was interpreted objectively. The process of change in vocational education in Turkey has been examined under three headings as pre-Ottoman, Ottoman period and Republican period, and as a result of the findings, vocational education has always existed and is considered important in Turkish societies, and in Central Asian societies, it is based on the nomadic lifestyle and military principles. In the Seljuk period, the Ahi Organization was established and vocational education was carried out with a traditional understanding, the Ahi-Order tradition in the establishment period of the Ottoman Empire, and the Guild Organization, which was the continuation of the Ahi-order after the establishment, was carried out with the Guild Organization. In order to adapt to the requirements of the age, the vocational education system was continued in order to adapt to the requirements of the era, studies were carried out for education, it was made into a national policy in the Republican period, reports were prepared by local and foreign researchers and shaped in line with these reports. It has been concluded that the appendix has been revised.
