Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı okul müdürlerinin liderlik stilleri ile ilgili hazırlanan lisansüstü tezlerin; yıl, tür, örneklem tekniği, araştırma türü, yöntem, veri toplama araçları, verilerin analizi, görev yeri ve çalışma konularına göre incelemektir. Araştırmanın yöntemi doküman incelemesi yöntemidir. Veriler Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezinde indekslenen 47 lisansüstü tez incelenerek toplanmıştır. Veriler frekans ve yüzdelikleri verilerek içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre tezlerin çoğu 2017 – 2021 yılları arasında yapılmış olup yüksek lisans düzeyinde tezlerdir. Örneklem tekniği olarak uygun örnekleme, veri toplama aracı olarak ölçek, analiz olarak ise korelasyon analizi tekniği ile tezler yürütülmüştür. Tezlerin çoğunluğunda nicel araştırma türlerinden ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma konusu olarak en çok iş doyumu çalışılırken tezlerde okul müdürlerinin liderlik stilleri ile 23 farklı konu arasında çalışmalar yürütülmüştür. Tezlerin sonuçları ele alındığında liderlik stillerinin incelenen diğer değişkenlerle aralarında pozitif yönlü ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the postgraduate theses on leadership styles by year, type, method, data collection tools, data analysis, sampling technique, place of duty and study subjects. The method of the research is the document review method. The data were collected by examining 47 postgraduate theses indexed in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education. Content analysis was performed by giving the data frequency and percentages. According to the results of the research, most of the theses were made between 2017 - 2021 and they are master's theses. Theses were carried out with convenient sampling as sampling technique, scale as data collection tool, and correlation analysis technique as analysis. Relational survey method, one of the quantitative research types, was used in the majority of theses. While job satisfaction was mostly studied as the subject of study, studies were conducted between the leadership styles of school principals and 23 different subjects in the theses. Considering the results of the theses, it was concluded that there is a positive relationship between leadership styles and other variables examined.
