Abstract
Teknolojinin geliştiği, ihtiyaçların devamlı farklılaştığı günümüz dünyasında lojistik faaliyetlerin önemi de gittikçe artmaktadır. Küreselleşen dünyada tedarikçinin ve tüketicinin birbirinden çok farklı yerlerde olması, dünya ticaret akışının sağlanması açısından lojistik alanında önemli bir pazar sunmaktadır. Türkiye, konumu itibari ile önemli bir ticaret durağıdır. Bu yüzden lojistik faaliyetlerin geliştirilmesi ve genişletilmesi ülke ekonomisine oldukça katkı sağlayacaktır. Türkiye üzerinde stratejik konumlara merkezlendirilen lojistik köyler aynı zamanda bölgesel kalkınmayı da hızlandırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada lojistik köylerin SWOT analizi yardımıyla güçlü-zayıf yanları ve içinde bulundukları fırsatlar-tehditler ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre lojistik köylerin alt yapısının güçlendirilmesi ve sayısının arttırılması için yatırım teşviklerinin verilmesi, lojistik sektörünün bölgesel kalkınma üzerinde önemli katkıları olacağını göstermektedir.

Abstract
In today's world where has development of technology and continual shifting of needs, the importance of logistics activities is increasing day by day. In the globalizing world, the fact that the supplier and the consumer are in very different places from each other, and this situation offers an important marketing area on logistics to ensure the world trade fluency. Turkey is an important trade station by its location. Therefore, the improvement and expansion of logistics activities will greatly contribute to the country's economy. At the same time logistics villages which are centered on Turkey’s strategic locations accelerate regional development. In this article, the strengths-weaknesses and the opportunities-threats of the logistics villages were revealed thanks to SWOT analysis studies. According to the results of the search, giving investment incentives to strengthen the infrastructure of logistics villages and to increase their numbers shows that the logistics sector will make significant contributions to regional development.
