Abstract
İnsan hem akıl ve irade, hem de kulluk açısından diğer varlıklardan üstün yaratılmıştır. Akıl ve iradesini kullanarak onlar üzerinde tasarruflarda bulunabilir. Ancak kul olması cihetiyle birtakım sorumlulukları bulunduğundan sınırsız tasarruf hakkına sahip değildir. Nitekim yeryüzü Allah’ın mülküdür ve insan burada yaptığı eylemlerde O’nun emir ve yasaklarına göre hareket etmek zorundadır. İnsanın, çevresindeki varlıklardaki tasarruflarını Allah’ın emirleri dâhilinde düzenleyebilmesi için bu konuda hangi emir ve yasaklarla sorumlu tutulduğunu bilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çerçevede yapılan araştırmalarda fıtrat kavramı ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu makalede öncelikle fıtratın ayet ve hadislerdeki kullanımlarına yer verilmiştir. Ardından fıtratın evrendeki düzenle ilişkisinden bahsedilmiş ve insanların hangi uygulamalarının İslam Hukuku’na göre fıtrata müdahale sayılacağının üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract
Mankind has been created superior to other beings in terms of their mind, will and servitude. They can have influence on other beings by using their mind and will. However, as they have certain responsibilities due to being servant, they do not have unlimited right of influence. As a matter of fact, the earth is the property of Allah and mankind must act according to his orders and prohibitions in his actions here. They must know that in order to regulate their influence on other beings in accordance with the orders of Allah, they must know which orders and prohibitions they are responsible for. The notion of creation comes into forefront in the researches conducted within this framework. In this article, firstly, the uses of creation in verses and hadiths are mentioned. Afterwards, the relation of creation to the order in the universe are mentioned and it is emphasized which practices of people would be considered as intervention to creation according to Islamic Law.
