Abstract
Bu çalışma 2019 yılı içinde Borsa İstanbul Kurumsal Yönetim Endeksi’nde yer alan firmaların pay başına kazanç, net varlık değeri ve kurumsal yönetime ilişkin değişkenler ile pay getirileri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektedir. Çalışmada Kurumsal Yönetim Endeksi’nde işlem gören 28 şirketin 2008-2018 yılları arasındaki verilerine yer verilmektedir. Finans sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmalar çalışma kapsamı dışında tutulmuştur. Araştırmada üç model belirlenmiş ve bu üç model panel veri analizi tesadüfi etkiler modeli yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında yapılan analiz bulguları genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde pay başına kazanç, yönetim kurulu hacminin karesi ve yönetim kurulu bağımsız üye oranı değişkenlerinin pay fiyatı üzerinde pozitif, yönetim kurulu başkan cinsiyeti değişkeninin ise negatif etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
This study examines the relationship between the variables of earnings per share, net asset value, corporate governance and stock returns of companies included in the Borsa Istanbul Corporate Governance Index in 2019. The study includes the data of 28 companies traded in the Corporate Governance Index between 2008-2018. In the study, the companies which are operating in the financial sector were excluded from the study. Three models were determined in the research and these three models were analyzed with the help of panel data analysis random effects model. More generally, these basic findings are consistent with research showing that the variables of earnings per share, the square of the volume of the administrative board, the ratio of independent members of the board have a positive effect on the share price, and the gender of the board chairman has a negative effect.
