Abstract
Türkiye 31 yılı aşkın bir süreden sonra 7 no.lu ek Protokol’ü onaylamıştır. Uluslararası alanda Türkiye açısından bağlayıcı olan bu Protokol’ün önemi artmıştır. Buna rağmen bu Protokolü detaylı bir şekilde inceleyen bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışma ile Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi tarafından verilen karar örnekleri eşliğinde 7. ek Protokol ile getirilen 5 farklı hak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Her hak incelenirken önce madde metnine yer verilmiş, sonra Türk hukukundaki benzer hükümlere değinilmiştir. Bu yapıldıktan sonra madde ile korunan hukuksal değerin içeriği ve maddenin kapsamı açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak korunan hakkın istisnalarına yer verildikten sonra örnek bir AİHM kararına yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
After more than 31 years, Turkey has ratified Additional Protocol No. 7 which became binding for Turkey in the international arena. Hence the importance of this Protocol has increased. However, there is no study examining this Protocol in detail. In this study, it is tried to examine 5 different rights brought by the 7th Additional Protocol with the examples of decisions given by European Court of Human Rights. While examining these rights, the text of the article was given first and then the similar provisions in Turkish law were mentioned. After this, the content of the legal value protected by the article and the scope of the article were tried to be explained. Finally, an exemple of ECtHR decision was given after the exceptions to the protected right were included.
