Abstract
Belâgat, “yerinde söylenilmiş doğru ve güzel sözü” konu ve gaye edinen bir ilim dalıdır. Belâgat, bize edebi ürünlerin anlaşılmasına yönelik katkıda bulunması yanında, bu ürünlerin değerlendirilmesine yardımcı olacak imkânlar da sunmaktadır. Bu imkânlardan biri de edebî sanatlardır. Belâgatin kısımları üçtür: Meani, beyan, bedi. Meani, sözün duruma uygun bir şekilde ifade edilmesi; beyan, anlatılmak istenenin birbirinden farklı nasıl ifade edileceği; bedî sözü duruma uygun, açık, düzgün ve süslü söylenmesi demektir. Kurân-ı Kerim; son derece sade ve bir o kadar da anlaşılır bir yapıda olması, ayetlerinin mana olarak anlaşılır, akıcı, diziliş olarak kusursuz ve sağlam olması, açıklama ve anlatım yönteminin farklı olması ile belâgat yönünden eşsiz bir kitaptır. Bu özelliğini her bir ayetinde ve suresinde görmek mümkündür. İhlas suresi de işte bu özellikleri barındıran bir yapıya sahiptir. Dört ayetten oluşan, kısa olarak nitelendirebileceğimiz bir sure olmasına karşın, ayetleri müfessirler tarafından sayfalarca açıklanmıştır. Çalışmamızda İhlas suresinin ayetleri belâgat yönünden incelenerek ayetlerde hangi sanatların olduğu tespit edilmiş, bu sanatların anlama etkisi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Rhetoric, "the correct and beautiful word in place" is a branch of knowledge and the subject of acquiring knowledge. As well as contributing to the understanding of literary products, rhetoric also provides opportunities to help evaluate these products. One of these opportunities is literary arts. The parts of rhetoric are three: Meani, declaration, bedi. Meani, the word is expressed in a suitable way; declaration, how to express the different meant; bedi word is appropriate, open, smooth and ornate means to be said. Holy Quran; the fact that the verses are as simple and straightforward as mana, and that they are flawless and robust as a meaninig, and that the explanation and expression methods are different, is a unique book. It is possible to see this in every verse and surah. Ikhlas Surah also has a structure that accommodates these features. Although there are four verses that we can describe as short, the verses are explained by the commentators. In our study, the verses of Ikhlas surah in terms of eloquence were determined by which arts were found in the verses, the effects of these arts were tried to be revealed.
