Abstract
Tekke/hankah olarak geçen yapılar, toplumun manevî ve ahlakî yönünü eğiterek geliştirmek amacıyla tesis edilmiş kurumlardır. Tekkeler ilk ortaya çıktığında tek bir odadan oluşan küçük mekânlardı. Sonraki süreçlerde ise geniş bir alanı kaplayan onlarca odaya sahip mekânlar haline gelmişlerdir. Tarikatların merkezi veya büyük Mevlevihaneler bazı dönemlerde âsitâne ismiyle anılırken, küçük yapılar zaviye/tekke olarak anılmaktaydı. Bu süreçte Kalenderi, Halvetiye, Nakşibendiye gibi tarikatlara ait tekkeler kurulmuştur. Söz konusu tekkelerde tarikat mensubu kişiler bir araya gelip zikir ve sohbet gibi ritüelleri yerine getirmekle birlikte, konaklamaya müsait olan bölümlerde tarikata mensup olan kişilerin konaklaması ve ihtiyaçlarının giderilmesi sağlanmıştır. Tekkeler kurulurken genellikle bir vakıf tesis edilerek tüm gereksinimleri temin edilmeye çalışılmış, yetersiz kaldıkları anlaşıldıktan sonra para vakıflarıyla tekkelerin yok olup gitmesi engellenerek ayakta kalması sağlanmıştır.

Abstract
The structures referred to as lodge / hankah are institutions established to educate and improve the spiritual and moral aspects of society. When the lodge first appeared, they were small spaces consisting of a single room. In the following processes, they have become spaces with dozens of rooms covering a large area. While the central or large Mevlevihanelis of the sects were sometimes referred to as asitâne, small buildings were called zawiya/tekke. In this process, lodges such as Kalendari, Helvetia and Nakşibendiye were established. to fulfill the said persons belonging to sect come together in lodges chanting and rituals such as chat together, accommodation of people belonging to sect in the section and is provided to eliminate the need for suitable accommodation. While establishing the dervish lodges, a foundation was established to provide all the requirements, with the help of money foundations, it was prevented from disappearing.
