Abstract
Kapitalizm, nasıl ki kendinden önceki üretim süreçlerinin evrilmesinden ortaya çıktıysa zaman içerisinde kendini de evriltmektedir. Üretim süreçleri, kapitalist sistemin güçlendirilmesi veya krizlerinin reçetesi olarak günümüze kadar değişik süreçlerden geçmiş ve geçmektedir. Kapitalizmin gelişim sürecinde oldukça önemli bir yer tutan Fordist üretim sistemi 1970’li yıllara gelindiğinde değişimeye başlamıştır. Yerine geliştirilen üretim süreçleri; Fordizm sonrası, Neo Fordizm, esnek üretim rejimi, Post-fordizm ve esnek uzmanlaşma gibi isimlerle anılmaktadır. Post-fordizm ile fordizm arasındaki farkları ortaya koyan, anlamaya, anlatmaya yönelik pek çok akademik çalışma yapılmıştır. Post-fordism, Fordizm’den farklı bir üretim yapısına sahiptir. Fakat pek çok yapılan akademik çalışma post-fordizmin, Fordism’den bir kopuş değil aksine onun üzerinden şekillenen, değişen bir üretim yapısı olduğunu göstermiştir. Üretim yapısının değişmesi beraberinde yeni kavramları getirmiştir. Esneklik, Esnek uzmanlaşma, Yalın Üretim gibi pek çok yeni yapılar ve kavramlar Post-fordizm ile birlikte hayatımıza girmiştir. Esnek uzmanlaşmanın ortaya çıkışı İtalya olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bu sebeple, bu çalışmada esnek uzmanlaşma ile tanımlanan dönemin analizinde, “Üçüncü italya” modeli ele alınmıştır.

Abstract
Capitalism, which emerged through the evolution of previous production processes, evolves itself over time. The production processes have undergone various processes until now, such as the strengthening of capitalist system or the prescription of crises. The Fordist production system, which took a significant place in the development of capitalism, began to change in the 1970s. Instead of that developed production processes, After Fordism, Neo Fordism, flexible production regime, Post-fordism and flexible specialization are called names.There have been many academic studies aimed at understanding and explain, that reveal the differences between Post Fordism and Fordism. Post-fordism has a different production structure than Fordism. However, many academic studies have shown that post-forging is a changing production structure that is shaped by it rather than a break with Fordism. The change in the production structure has brought new concepts. Many new structures and concepts such as flexibility, flexible specialization, and lean production have entered our lives together with post-fordism. The emergence of flexible specialization was accepted as Italy. Therefore in this study, an “Third Italy” model was discussed in the analysis of the period defined by flexible specialization.
