ERDOĞAN VE DAVUTOĞLU’NUN LİDERLİK TARZLARININ İÇERİK ve SÖYLEM ANALİZİ BAĞLAMINDA İNCELEMESİ: AK PARTİ 1. OLAĞANÜSTÜ KONGRE KONUŞMALARI ÖRNEĞİNDE

Abstract
Bu çalışma Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ve Ahmet Davutoğlu’nun liderlik tarzlarının Ak Parti 1. Olağanüstü kongresi özelinde analiz edilmesi ile tespiti üzerine inşa edilmiştir. Amaç: Çalışmada Ak Parti kurucu lideri Erdoğan ve Davutoğlu’nun liderlik tarzlarına ilişkin tespitlerin yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Kapsam: Çalışma kapsamında 27 Ağustos 2014 tarihinde Ak Parti tarafından gerçekleştirilen 1. Olağanüstü Büyük Kongre özelinde iki siyasetçinin söylemleri analiz edilerek, liderlerin benzer yönleri ve birbirinden farklılıkları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmada kongrede Erdoğan ve Davutoğlu’nun gerçekleştirmiş olduğu konuşmalar içerik analizi ve söylem analizi teknikleri kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Kongrede yapılan konuşmalarının analizi sonrasında elde edilen bulgulara göre Erdoğan’ın konuşmasında en çok “biz”, “millet”, “kardeş”, “yeni”, “dava”, “Ak Parti” kelimelerini kullandığı, Davutoğlu’nun ise en çok “biz”, “millet”, “Ak Parti”, “devlet”, “selam”, “yeni” kelimelerini kullandığı görülmüştür. Sonuç: Konuşmalardan elde edilen bulguların sonucunda liderlik tarzı açısından Erdoğan’ın “karizmatik lider” tipolojisine Davutoğlu’nun ise daha çok demokratik lider tipolojisine uygun olduğu iddia edilmiştir.

Abstract
This study is based on the analysis of the leadership styles of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Ahmet Davutoglu in the AK Party 1st Extraordinary Congress. Aim: It was aimed to make determinations about the leadership style of two politicians coming from the same political formation handled in the study. Scope: Within the scope of the study, the discourse of the two politicians was analyzed in the 1st Extraordinary Congress held by the AK Party on August 27, 2014, and the similarities and differences among the leaders were tried to be determined. Method: In our work, speeches of Erdoğan and Davutoglu were analyzed using content analysis and discourse analysis techniques. As a result of this analysis, it has been tried to refer to leadership characteristics as well as similar and different aspects of leaders. Findings: According to the findings obtained after the analysis of the speeches made at the Congress, Erdogan spoke most of the words "us", "nation", "brother", "new", "case", "AK Party", Davutoğlu " "Nation", "AK Party", "state", "salute", "new" words. Conclusion: As a result of the findings obtained from the speeches, it can be argued that Erdogan is suitable for the "charismatic leader" typology in terms of leadership style. It can be argued that Davutoğlu is more suited to the typology of the “democratic leader”.
