Abstract
‘’Baltacıoğlu, Rousseau ve Dewey’den Çocuk Eğitimi Hususunda Yetkililere Mektuplar’’ isimli çalışmanın amacı Baltacıoğlu, Rousseau ve Dewey’in ağzından dönemin yetkililerine tavsiye, öneri ve rapor niteliğinde mektuplar yazmaktır. Bu çalışmada akademik senaryo yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yani Baltacıoğlu, Rousseu ve Dewey hayatta olsalardı nasıl bir mektup yazabilirlerdi teması üzerinde durulmuştur. Onların eğitim ilkelerinden yola çıkılarak günümüz ağzıyla yetkililere mektuplar yazılmıştır. Rousseau’ya öğretmenlere mektup yazdırılmıştır. Dewey MEB Müsteşarına değerlendirme raporu niteliğinde bir mektup göndermiştir. Baltacıoğlu ise Milli Eğitim Bakanı’na bizzat tavsiye mektubu yazmıştır.

Abstract
The article’s aim which is called ‘’The letters about children’s education from Baltacıoğlu, Rousseau and Dewey to authorized’’ is to write reportable letters which has advice, suggestion and report to the authorized who have responsibilities about education at that period. The academic scenario method was used in this study. In other words, Baltacıoğlu, Rousseu and Dewey were concerned about how they could write a letter if they were alive. From their educational principles, letters were written to the authorities with today's point of view. A letter to Rousseau for teachers is printed. Dewey sent a letter to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of National Education as an evaluation report. Baltacıoğlu wrote a letter of recommendation to the Minister of National Education.
