ACİL SERVİSE İNTİKAL EDEN KADINA YÖNELİK ŞİDDET BAŞVURULARININ SOSYAL HİZMET PERSPEKTİFİNDEN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: SİVAS NUMUNE HASTANESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract
Kadına yönelik şiddet sınır tanımayan önemli bir insan hakları ihlalidir. Şiddet kadını fiziksel, psikolojik, sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel açıdan çok yönlü şekilde olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Kadına yönelik şiddetin nedenleri olduğu kadar sonuçları da kadının ait olduğu sosyal, kültürel yapısına ekonomik durumuna göre değişkenlik göstermektedir. Bu süreçte kadına karşı şiddetle etkili mücadele için ulusal ve uluslararası boyutlarda sosyal politika ve programlar geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu politikaların ve programların doğru ve etkin geliştirilmesi içinse kadına yönelik şiddet durumunun kapsamlı bir şekilde tanımlanması gerekmektedir. Bu doğrultuda şiddet mağduru kadınların profillerine ilişkin çok yönlü tespitlerin yapılması oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışma, Sivas Numune Hastanesi’nde acil servise intikal eden kadına yönelik şiddet başvurularının sosyal hizmet perspektifinden değerlendirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2016 yılı Ocak-Temmuz tarihleri arasında Sivas Numune Hastanesi acil servis birimine başvuran 44 şiddet mağduru kadınlar oluşturmaktadır. Evrenin tamamına ulaşılabildiği için ayrıca örneklem alınmamıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak geliştirilen anket formu ve derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı aracılığı ile işlenmiş ve çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmada şiddet mağduru kadınların sosyo-ekonomik durumları, şiddet deneyimleri ve kadınların şiddete ilişkin algılarının tespiti sağlanmış ve gerekli sosyal hizmet müdahalesi tartışılmıştır.

Abstract
Violence against women is an important violation of human rights. Violence negatively affects women in a multifaceted way physically, psychologically, socially, economically and culturally. As far as the reasons for the violence against women are concerned, the results also vary according to the economic status of the social, cultural structure in which the woman belongs. In this process, social policies and programs need to be developed nationally and internationally to combat violence against women effectively. For the proper and effective development of these policies and programs, the situation of violence against women needs to be defined in a comprehensive manner. In this respect, it is very important to make various verifications about the profiles of the victims of violence. This study aims to Evaluate The Social Work Perspective Of Women Violence Who Are Transferred To The Emergency Service İn Sivas Numune Hospital. The study's universe consists of 44 violent victims who applied to Sivas Numune Hospital emergency department between January-July 2016. Since the entire universe could be reached, no samples were taken. The data were obtained by conducting a questionnaire and in-depth interviews tailored for the purpose of research by the researcher. The obtained data were processed and analyzed by SPSS program. In the study, the perception of socio-economic status, violence experiences and women's violence in violent victims was determined and the necessary social service intervention was discussed.
