Abstract

Giyinme deyince akla ilk gelen terim tekstildir. İnsanların tekstil ürünlerinden beklentileri her geçen gün artmaktadır.

Abstract

Dressing has maintained its place in human history as an important necessity from the first ages to today. The first term that comes to mind when dressing is textured. Significant changes are observed in textile as well as in all sectors in the developing and changing world. People's expectation of textile products is increasing day by day. Textile products are not only intended for covering and protection but also aesthetic and functional properties. While showing all these features, it is also one of the most desired features of textile products to be able to protect its naturalness and to be easy to use. The designers have also been looking for different ways by considering these expectations. The most important inspiration that provides all these features is the nature as always. Living things have developed various adaptation methods in order to survive and survive in the wild. Designers are trying to learn by observing and researching the methods of nature and they try to meet people's needs by applying these methods to their own fields. In this study, biomimetic designs were researched, applied methods in textile field examined and informed about innovative designs.
