ABSTRACT Today, technological developments have made human life easier as we come across in every phase of life. In the age we live in, computer and communication technologies have been one of the most important areas where information is produced and shared, especially in education. With the provision of these technologies, distance education is becoming widespread in our country, as in the world. Today, it is seen that Covid-19 as pandemic affects people's lives negatively all over the world. In this context, it is known that various measures are being taken in many countries around the world to reduce the negative effects of the virus. Similar measures have been taken in the field of education as in various fields in our country. Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education (MEB), with Education Information Network (EBA) program has brought the programs consisting of new content via distance education into students use. It is also known that in the pandemic environment we live in is a period in which the greatest contribution is made to distance education in terms of the number of content and variety. Within this education system (EBA), just as in every field, there are various programs in the field of art. Today, different types of programs developed in EBA, both with the contributions of educators who have received art education and graphic designers who support them, come under the fields of new media and graphic design. With these programs developed for EBA in the distance education process, it is aimed to provide efficient learning. One of the main objectives of the article is to examine the effectiveness of new media content designed with video, visual, animation and other digital content programs prepared for EBA in terms of graphic design. Among qualitative research methods, literature review and work analysis methods were used in the article.
