ÖZ Günümüzde teknolojik gelişmeler, hayatın her safhasında karşımıza çıkarken insan hayatını da o ölçüde kolaylaştırmıştır. Yaşadığımız çağda bilgisayar ve iletişim teknolojileri, bilginin üretilip paylaşılması noktasında özellikle de eğitim konusunda sıkça başvurulan önemli alanlardan birisi olmuştur. Söz konusu bu teknolojilerin sağlanmasıyla uzaktan eğitim de dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de gün geçtikçe yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bugün bütün dünyada salgın bir hastalık olarak Covid-19’un insanların hayatını olumsuz yönde etkilediği görülmektedir. Bu kapsamda Dünya üzerindeki pek çok ülkede bu virüsün olumsuz etkilerini azaltabilmek amacıyla çeşitli önlemlerin alınmaya devam edildiği de bilinmektedir. Ülkemizde çeşitli alanlarda olduğu gibi eğitim alanında da benzer önlemler alınmıştır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB), Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA) aracılığı ile uzaktan eğitime yönelik yeni içeriklerden oluşan programları öğrencilerin kullanımına sunmuştur. Yaşadığımız pandemi ortamında uzaktan eğitim konusunda içerik sayısı ve çeşitliliği açısından en fazla katkının sağlandığı bir dönem olduğu da bilinmektedir. Bu eğitim sistemi (EBA) içerisinde her alanda olduğu gibi sanat alanındaki çeşitli programlar da söz konusudur. Günümüzde bu kapsamda sanat eğitimi almış eğitimciler ile onlara destek veren grafik tasarımcılarının katkılarıyla EBA’da geliştirilen farklı türden programlar, yeni medya ve grafik tasarımının alanlarına girmektedir. Uzaktan eğitim sürecinde EBA için geliştirilen bu programlarla hedef kitlelere öğrenimin etkili bir biçimde verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. EBA için hazırlanan video, görsel, animasyon ve diğer dijital içerikli programlarla tasarlanan yeni medya içeriklerinin grafik tasarım açısından etkinliğinin irdelenmesi makalede ortaya konulmak istenen temel amaçlardandır. Makalede nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden literatür tarama ve eser inceleme metotları kullanılmıştır.

ABSTRACT Today, technological developments have made human life easier as we come across in every phase of life. In the age we live in, computer and communication technologies have been one of the most important areas where information is produced and shared, especially in education. With the provision of these technologies, distance education is becoming widespread in our country, as in the world. Today, it is seen that Covid-19 as pandemic affects people's lives negatively all over the world. In this context, it is known that various measures are being taken in many countries around the world to reduce the negative effects of the virus. Similar measures have been taken in the field of education as in various fields in our country. Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education (MEB), with Education Information Network (EBA) program has brought the programs consisting of new content via distance education into students use. It is also known that in the pandemic environment we live in is a period in which the greatest contribution is made to distance education in terms of the number of content and variety. Within this education system (EBA), just as in every field, there are various programs in the field of art. Today, different types of programs developed in EBA, both with the contributions of educators who have received art education and graphic designers who support them, come under the fields of new media and graphic design. With these programs developed for EBA in the distance education process, it is aimed to provide efficient learning. One of the main objectives of the article is to examine the effectiveness of new media content designed with video, visual, animation and other digital content programs prepared for EBA in terms of graphic design. Among qualitative research methods, literature review and work analysis methods were used in the article.
